This company staff custodian worker stole my work laptop from O’Hare airport and refuse to return my phone calls or follow up with me concerning this matter.

The team of Janet and Jenny are absolutely awesome. The place has never looked so good. They are true professionals.

My plans changed and I had to fly out early. They adjusted their schedule to come and clean so when my wife arrived in three days, the place would be spotless.

Their work ethic is beyond approach. I am so happy to be working with them and would recommend them to anyone.

I hired Merry Maids with every intention of making this a one-time deep-cleaning service. However, after the extraordinary efforts and impeccable cleaning environment left by the 2 ladies they sent, I’ve decided to become a repeat customer. Those ladies worked tirelessly for about 7 hours, without taking any breaks or having lunch, to make my house spotless.

Their work was truly outstanding.I tipped them both and giving each a 5-star review. The company itself was also quick to respond to my request for a quote, price was reasonable for the size of my home, and they provided flexible payment options - credit card or cash is how I roll.

I was using the service for about a year cleaning was not great ! But convenient for a busy family the last time I used them 1800 was stolen from my lock box . I filled out police reports and the company did absolutely nothing. I paid them that day and tipped all three women and they stole from me disgusting. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone team 5.

The cleaning service that was recieved was supposed to be a deep clean service and the service I received was a basic cleaning. I could tell that it was basic because there were still so many items that dust, including the fan blades, baseboards, kitchen cabinets, and yes the list can go on I am afraid. Our house isn't very big, and we were charged $300 for 2 maids. One of the previous reviews is correct, the pricing per maid is $50 an hour and isn't explained up front. After multiple attempts to contact the manager several times that day, he finally calls me back to advise me that he would refund me partial of the payment. He agreed that he felt the time spent on our house for a deep clean was too short. I still have not recieved partial refund. All I was truly looking for was John to make it right, possibly have a different crew come out to reclean. Obviously that did not happen. All John kept telling me is that his customers love their work and he doesn't have to ask for good ratings. I find it funny because soon as the maids left I recieved several request for my feedback on the service. I am not sure how that matters when this customer feels ripped off and treated like their not a valued customer, especially when I am a first time customer. I will ensure to advise friends and family that this company and location does not care about the level of service they provide their customers nor the customers themselves. Try at your own risk.

I recently scheduled a first-time cleaning with this office. They quoted me at $55/hour. I thought this was a great price. They failed to tell me that the actual fee is $55/hour per staff member they send out and that they were sending out 2 people. So aside from the fact that they charged my credit card ~$175 more than expected they also failed to clean the fans, the door frames, the window frames, they broke a set of blinds and did something to cause half of my kitchen cabinets to become incredibly sticky.

After complaining to the owner (John Koh) I received no apology, no refund and no sympathy. He just went on and on about how they have a great history of happy clients for 10 years. He already had my money and had no interest in making things right.

TL;DR: Don't use this service. They will likely overcharge you and probably break your things without an apology.

The home was completely vacant and I hired them to do a pre-move-in cleaning. $100 per hour for two people you would think they know how to clean. Dust left on top of the refrigerator, blinds, windowsills, did not clean cobwebs. Did not give the sink a good cleaning. Overall very disappointed with the quality of service and would absolutely never recommend them to anyone.

Excellent thorough deep cleaning beyond my expectations. The cleaning team was professional polite conscientious hard working and aimed to offer quality service.

I needed a thorough clean before moving into my condo, and Mildreth, Giselle, and Dhaily did a fantastic job. I noted a couple specific areas that needed attention, and I was amazed by how well they tended to each detail. Would use Merry Maids again in a heartbeat!
