I had a plumbing job that required an entire re-pipe of my 2 level investment property. Overwhelming is an understatement. I had at least 6 quotes and decided to move forward with Alexander Plumbing. The owner, James Alexander, did the initial inspection and explained every single detail clearly. He made sure I was comfortable with the work being done and answered all of my questions.

His team worked seamlessly with my contractor which ensured everything went smooth. They were meticulous and took pride in their work as it showed in every single detail. As an added bonus, they finished the job ahead of time! Mr. Alexander provided photos of the finished work which also gave me extra peace of mind.

It is rare to find an honest company that combines excellent service with competitive prices. Mr. Alexander and his team delivered on both fronts.

I worked with Chase from Alexander Plumbing and Remodeling LLC and had a great experience. I called them after a bad experience with a different company who tried to upsell me for a 1,800 dollar repair. He was detailed and was able to identify a leak source. The actual problem was much much simpler then originally told. They happily saved me a large opening in my sheetrock with a simple 100 dollar repair. Thank you Chase! Strongly recommended!!!

I highly recommend Alexander Plumbing!! We had a large water leak in our rental property way after hours and he showed up promptly and was able to find and stop the leak quickly that night. They also got me scheduled for that same week to fix another plumbing issue the same house had as well. I’ve added their company to my speed dial to use for all of our rental properties from here on out. Timely, professional, and fair pricing!

Noticed a clogged floor drain in my basement and set up an appointment through their website and was contacted very quickly by the scheduler. Rob was my service technician and he was thorough and very professional. The job was taken care of in less than 30 min and he walked me through the process and how to prevent it in the future. I recently contacted Alexander Plumbing after Home Depot refused to install our dishwasher due to an issue with the waterline and advised we get a licensed plumber out to evaluate prior to install. James and his team are the most honest and down-to-earth contractors I’ve met. My husband and I went through a nightmare plumbing issue after we’d just bought a house, and James went above and beyond helping us figure out what needed to be fixed and what we could afford. James is a servant-hearted, people-person and seems to hire workers along the same vein. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!

Chase did an awesome job! He tracked down a sewer smell and even found a leak in the crawl space that I didn’t know about. I had some work that needed to be done that was truly long overdue. Mr. Alexander and I had a discussion of what my immediate concern I needed repaired and some potential follow on work. The appointment was scheduled. The gentleman arrived a few minutes early and I showed him what needed to be done.

He took his time to review and inspect what needed to be done. He talked me through it. The what and the why. The cost. The veteran discount. The time it would take, when it could be done, and who else would be helping him do the work.

I took it all in and made my decision. I booked for the work to be done.

He arrived a few minutes early and the work began. He explained, in order, how the repairs would go, the break they'd take to get the supplies, and the finish up.

It went as planned. If they needed to show me something or I had questions, it flowed. Everything flowed. Plans adjusted, decisions made, communication flowed.

There are some services that feel purely transactional. This was not that. This was time, intention, and care woven through the entire service. One where a random google search leads to services where you're filled with gratitude not only for the work that was done but humanity integrated through the process.

Had an amazing experience with this company. We needed them actually 2 days in a row and they came promptly both days.
The 1st was a water leaking through our floor in the bathroom. The 2nd was water pooling in our basement(wasn’t a plumbing issue) but they were helpful in aiding onus in who to call for help.

Rob was our technician and he was very helpful and knowledgeable about identifying the leak and in helping us with what type of provider we would need for our basement leak.

Rob and Andrew came out and did some work with adding a cup washer and looking at the water pipe behind my fridge. Very good guys and does great work. Would definitely book Alexander plumbing again.

Our water heater started leaking yesterday. They squeezed us in today to replace it. They were professional, polite, and on time. Replaced my water heater quickly and for a fair price. Couldn't be happier.

Rob was a godsend. He came to fixed what turned out to be a much bigger project than expected. He stayed anyway and fixed a shower that had long been leaking due to poor installation by a previous contractor. Rob did excellent work and saved the day—we had a house full of guests and it would have been tough to manage without access to the shower he fixed.
