Extremely happy with my experience with action mechanical, My A/C stopped working in my home yesterday. Nick showed up this morning and was quick to find the problem and explain to me what had happened. Luckily a simple fix, he cleaned my unit, and checked the refrigerant. He gave me some suggestions as we are looking to get our 3600 sq ft home to stay cooler and add a mini split to our garage and sun Porch. I will be returning for a price quote on those items. Thanks again Nick!

Nick and Joshua were super nice and very professional. Absolutely no problems with identifying and fixing the issue in a timely and efficient manner. They were even helpful with explaining the issue and steps that I could take to prevent any future problems. Action Mechanical Services, is definitely a group I will be utilizing again in the future.

I had a very positive experience with Action Mechanical Services. Nick was very professional and kept in contact with me about appointments and parts. Josh and Jeremy were also friendly and went right to work on my water heater. I am pleased to say I have hot water again.

Ripped me off charged me $702, and did not fix anything. He arrived without all of his necessary equipment. I had to provide them with 6 AA batteries. My cousin came and unclogged my tub in 3mins. They told me like everyone else in my community that they need to dig up a pipe which in turn cost thousands. They lied and said they found wipes in my toilet so AHS would not cover, which made me have to pay out of pocket to them. AHS and Action Mechanical Services is all a big rip off.

Josh is absolutely outstanding! We had plumbing leaks that I feared would cost thousands of dollars but Josh came in, fixed the problems, gave us peace of mind, and solid top notch service . He is not only professional, he is expertly skilled, and timely. After listening to the problems with the out of commission bath tub and two toilets he explained what he would do in the worst case if he has to go into the walls; his explanation gave us confidence and removed the stress. Overall Josh represented the company well and exhibited ethical, proficient, and professional practices. I wish more people like him showed up for all our jobs. He came out to the property, looked at the issue, and made sure all my questions were answered. They are incredibly busy but he he really took his time to explain things to me and didn't rush the appointment) he was very patient)! Highly recommend!
