We were lucky to find someone willing to fit us in on a Friday afternoon after reaching out to over ten different HVAC companies. The company didn't charge extra for the short notice, which was a relief. When we needed help with our AC system, they sent a technician named Jacob, who happened to be finishing up a nearby job. Despite having to work through multiple complex issues with our old furnace and AC units, Jacob took his time and got everything fixed. He managed to get our smart thermostat working seamlessly as well. The air was hot and humid, but Jacob stayed focused on getting the AC running before the weekend. What we appreciated most was that he didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and applied discounts to keep our bill in line with the original quote. We're very pleased with this company's service and would definitely recommend it - especially if you get Jacob as your technician!

Orland HVAC Repair has been our go-to for furnace maintenance in Orland Park for years. A routine check revealed a cracked heat exchanger in our old gas furnace, prompting us to upgrade to a new 2-stage model. Clinton visited the next morning to discuss options and we decided on the upgrade. The installation was seamless, with Jordan and Jacob providing top-notch service as professionals who answered all our questions.

We've since asked them to replace our air conditioner, and they provided detailed proposals which we selected from. The installation was quick, and their team did a fantastic job installing a high-efficiency Trane heat pump that works perfectly with our new furnace. They went above and beyond by running an additional thermostat wire that wasn't expected, taking the time to explain how our system works and how it switches between modes based on weather changes.

We're extremely satisfied with the service and quality of work – no question who we'll be recommending for furnace repair and installation in Orland Park.
