The Roto-Rooter service men were prompt, courteous, professional and friendly. One had worked on our home previously so I was glad to see a familiar, trusted face.

Bruno Came out quickly, gave lots of information as to what needed to get done and why. Worked very efficiently and the price was reasonable, very nice guy.

Zero stars if I could. Plumber came with a sassy attitude. Charged $250 to finish installing a faucet. Next day - faucet is leaking from multiple locations. I called and when someone answers it hung up. Overpriced and mediocre service. I could’ve done this crappy of a job myself for free. Go elsewhere.

A Very knowledgeable crew that came out. Shawn and Max came out did an amazing job getting our water flowing again and gave us the ability shower, use all items related to water flowing, and got our waste leaving the house.

Eddy was the best at his job. He was kind respectful and cleaned up after himself and clearly explained everything. Amazing job highly recommend them.

Robert (#3075) provided GREAT customer service! He worked diligently to open the main sewer line - in the dark! After the line was opened, he explained (and showed me) the water should be flowing faster and worked until that was accomplished. I thanked Robert, and want Roto-Rooter to know he is an asset to your company; hope this review is shared with him.

Khaden the plumber was great to work with, very professional and speaks clearly so I understood everything during the process. We had our main grain rodding.

We had a flood in our basement last night and since we had a warranty with them, we called them to send a plumber to see if they can help get the water down. When the plumber Josh came, he was rude and unprofessional to my mom, making smart aleck comments and displaying irritation at my mom's questions when he told her she needed to sign something first. She was irritated with him because while he was trying to explain the process and what it could possibly be, she kept asking if he could rotor it and he would not give her a straight answer, saying "Well, I'm here" and being rude overall. I interjected since I was getting ready for a meeting, tried to mitigate it, and he ended up trying to do something after she signed it. Even when I tried to talk him just to say hey just talk to me moving forward, he showed irritation. When I was done, I asked my mom if he finished and she said he basically left saying he couldn't do it after trying a few times, but it seemed like he was going to leave without saying anything until my mom came to the basement during my meeting nor did he leave us a copy of the paperwork. I am very irritated by the lack of professionalism and rudeness he showed during this service and will not use this company moving forward.

My experience with them wasn't what I expected for what I paid. They kept changing my start date. Then came and had to come back because the one tech put that installed drain pipe into the ground the front of my yard put the wrong drain pipe in my yard. Besides that I paid more than what my invoice said. The work was paid a little over half. Half has to be paid up front and once finished pay the remaining balance. I was quoted an amount which was $ 3,500 from the original amount due to the work that actually had to be done. Original price quoted was $ 7,000 which turned into $6,500 with a $500 coupon from their website. In the end I paid $9,500 and my invoice says $7,500. Calling corporate today.

As a property manager, January 04, 2025 started off as a a horrible nightmare! For the past few days one of the tenants had a clogged toilet and tub and everything was backing up in her 1st floor apartment and the entire basement area was flood from the main line. I called Roto Rooters and the supervisor sent out a technician name Tony. Tony came out and assessed the problem, he pulled up the toilet and immediately went to work doing a full rod out. After he finished, he reinstalled the toilet, cleaned up the mess in the tenant’s bathroom and explained to me the next step to take and options we would take to avoid this issue happing again. All the water is gone, all toilets, tubs and sinks are working properly and the tenants, landlord and I are extremely happy we got the opportunity to work with Tony! Tony thank you so much agin for your expertise, knowledge and skills and Roto Rooters for your amazing services and customers service.

What could have been the ultimate Sunday Scaries, turned into an enjoyable, professional, and timely experience. We discovered quite the surprise when our main line backed up. It was a Sunday night and our hope for a quick fix was dwindling. That is when Tyler showed up and saved the day. Tyler is a fine representative of RR Chicago. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and considerate. He was able to solve the problem quickly and offer valuable insights. It was a pleasure to work with him and we are very thankful!

I was told we had rocks in our main lines and was quoted thousands of dollars for an outside clean out. Nick was able to save us that money by jetting the lines even though we were told it might not work. He has a great personality and went above and beyond! Thanks Nick!

Went great for the first appointment. They failed to show up to the 8-12pm for the follow up appointment today. They rescheduled it to 2-3pm without a call, text, or email. Called them again, said they were coming and never showed up.
