I’ve used this landscaping company several times and will continue to go back. I can’t find anyone else better in the area and definitely recommend them.

Stephen and his guys did beautiful work on our paver patio, fireplace and sidewalk. He has returned to repair any problems encountered.

This company placed a tree in my mom‘s front yard. They were beyond helpful with removing a huge root to place a tree where she wanted it to be. Did an amazing job!

The Sinnott team showed up early, presented themselves professionally, and answered every question I had about my project. My yard looks great and my neighbors are looking to get theirs done next! I cant recommend them enough. Thanks Sinnott team for your great work.

Stephen personally returned my phone call, after leaving the company a voicemail regarding landscaping services. It can be frustrating and moreover, complicated, to have a HOA acting as middleman. So to speak, lines of communication get blurred and or break down. Despite this taking place, accountability for a service not rendered was then rectified. Stephen not only went as far as to not only take time to speak with me about the concerns we had brought to light, after repeated attempts to reach them through the management company hired through our HOA, but that he is willing to take more time to meet with us and our HOA to ensure this problem does not affect us or any other homes in the future. Greatly appreciated and the issues themselves have all stemmed to our management company hired through our HOA. Sincerest thanks and I apologize you all were caught in-between and labeled as the fall guy. The HOA should now take action with the management company as to make sure this does not happen to other homes and or businesses such as yourself again. I hope they both are willing to be reflective and accountable. Thank you for doing so, Stephen. Respectfully, Joe Davies

Stephen and his team installed a new patio, front paver walkway, and landscaping at my house. Super happy with the final product. The whole team is friendly and great to work with. Would recommend them to others and would use them again.

This company manages the landscaping for our townhouse HOA and came out to spray weeds in the grass. One of the landscapers also decided to spray our entire wildflower garden bed! My little girls helped start the garden bed from seed in the spring and grew it to attract pollinators (especially butterflies, their favorite). At the time they sprayed it the flowers were blooming! Sadly the flowers and plants have now all died and my kids are crushed! You'd think a landscaper would know not to spray a garden bed.

If you are thinking of using this company for mowing DO NOT! Horrible they don’t trim nor do they clean up the clippings and leave judge chunks in the yard. They mow in directions that throw the grass all over the houses and flower beds.

If you have a paving project in mind, you should seriously consider Sinnott Landscape Construction. We had them pave our driveway, walkway, and steps to the front door. We discussed the project with Stephen, the owner, at length. He was always very forthcoming suggesting various options, helpful in choosing the pavers, and keeping things on the budget. (We felt a bit guilty taking so much of his time.) In the end, we even decided to expand the project a bit and add nice retaining walls around the front of the house. My wife was ecstatic! Very classy! The execution was fast and flawless. Stephen's crew is hard working, professional, and worked with us to make it possible to access the garage most of the time. Really good guys! Last but not least, I did not feel we overpaid. I have had that feeling more than once in my life but not this time. The quality job they did was certainly worth the money. You will not get this quality for less! Way to go Stephen!
