If you are looking for a true professional who is honest, hard working, and knowledgeable you have found it. Sewer Sharks exceeded my expectations for when the dreaded basement back-up happened. I learned what went wrong, and how to prevent it in the future. The owner of this company truly cares about His workmanship and it shows. I am a customer for life.

I called around noon, and after a couple text messages, the plumber arrived by 1:30. He explained what he needed to do, and about 40 minutes later he was finished and had the work area cleaned up. He walked down the drain line with me and showed me approximately where he thought the clog was. Less than 1 hour from arrival to departure. Great, prompt, professional service.

My husband called Sewer Sharks and within a few hours the nicest, very knowledgeable and professional guy showed up to our house. He assessed, diagnosed and treated our problem. He very kindly explained the issue and all that he did. He took the time to interact with my very chatty and inquisitive 4 year old twin boys! I would absolutely recommend sewer sharks and use them again should we have any further issues.

Phil came out to fix my kitchen sink, however, the work was more extensive. He was not able to complete as it was an issue different than what I hired him for. He was professional and gave me a recommendation. I would use him again in the future.

Sewer Sharks (Phil) are great. Main sewer line clog fixed up in a speedy, professional and & affordably priced manner. Down to Earth guy- even answered all of my (and my curious young kids) questions. Highly recommend.

Not a single bad thing to say about this experience. Technician called 30 minutes prior to showing up within the preset time window as promised when setting the appointment. I was at work and my wife and children were at home. Was sincerely thanked for the information I provided over the phone to the technician to describe the problem. Technician completed the service in about an hour and provided a video to my wife of the unclogged drain flowing water to show effectiveness of the service. Price was very reasonable for an hour of a plumber’s time. Will use Sewer Sharks again and will recommend their service to anyone in need.

Excellent service! I called on a Thursday night with the washrooms at our business backing up & they were out & had my issue fixed before noon the next day. Very professional, knowledgeable & they laid down tarps to ensure everything stayed as clean as possible. Highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of meeting Phil (owner) and Carl as they worked on my neighbor’s sewer system in downtown Oswego today. After seeing how professional, clean, and thorough they were, I asked for their business card. Although I don’t look forward to having clogged sewer lines, I feel a sense of comfort knowing that I’ll be in good hands with this honest and reputable company. I highly recommend them!

This was a big issue that required a lot of work. Phil worked tirelessly to identify and fix the problem. I would recommend this company to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

So happy I found Phil from Sewer Sharks. He answered my phone call right away and came out quickly to assess the problem. He thoroughly explained what was going on in my mom‘s sewer line using his sound and camera equipment. Phil also sent me photos to further explain what was going on. He’s going to be coming out on a yearly basis to clean out the sewer line making sure it runs efficiently. Prices are reasonable and service is fantastic.

Phil (owner) came out on a Saturday and helped solve my sewer backup issue after a plumber and Roto Rooter couldn’t!
Phil truly takes pride in his work in doing a great job for his customers. The sewer backup issue I was having was not apparent. However, Phil wasn’t leaving until he was able to determine the cause.
Turns out the backup into my basement was due to a clogged city sewer across the street from my home. He helped me get in contact with the Village and even contacted me later that day to make sure everything was fixed.
I’m thankful for Phil for responding and resolving the issue!

Called around and was on the books for multiple places when I needed my main drain cleaned out. Sewer Sharks were the all around best experience. Best equipment, best price, best costumer service, and showed up when they said they would.

Phil came within a day, and quickly fixed the problem. Toilet line had a clog about 20’ down. 😮

We called Sewer Sharks due to our kitchen sinks backing up into each other and not draining after dishes. Phil was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, understanding of our schedule, and took his time explaining why this happens and how he was going to fix it. It didn't take him long to fix the issue and prices were very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend!!

Phil from sewer sharks came out the same day I called within 2 hours of first contact he flushed out the system my sewer line which was why I called him in the first place he had quoted $1,000 I was only able to give him $800 at this time and he agreed that I could pay him the balance in a week when he left the house I said I will make sure you get that money Phil said do not worry about it your paid up he gave us a $200 break on the work I would highly recommend Phil at sewer sharks
