Constraction reviews in Palos Heights, Illinois

I needed to remove and replace my asphalt shingles roof. The price was competitive. The crew that came out worked a long day to finish the job in one day. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Mr. Kingery answered my questions about the details of what they were doing/replacing and discussed the quality and guarantee. He was very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Glenn and his crew were working on our neighbors driveway. He noticed a small blow out by our steps. When they finishing their scheduled work he came over and repaired it. In the future if we need cement work, Crest will be the one we will call!

Crest and Son are awesome!

Very professional and great to work with!

they were awesome and punctual and even went above and beyond the call of duty . Totally recommend them

The best of the best! Crest did an amazing job, we wouldn’t even think about ever using a different concrete company.

Crest did a wonderful job today demolishing and pouring new front steps and a front walk at my house. They worked tirelessly and professionally, and I couldn’t be happier.

They came out in 2021 gave estimate and said I will hear something in spring 2022. Never heard from them. Called them never return calls. When they did they made excuses why they didn’t show up . Said I’m on the schedule the 2nd week in next month. Next month came same story . It lasted for 6 months. If you don’t want the job tell the customer quit leading customers on.. I would never recommend this company for anything. Very poor

I set an appointment to get an estimate for my driveway. The guy shows up early and doesn't even think to call me, begins to measure my driveway, can't seem to unlock my gate that has a bungee cord on it. Goes onto the neighbors property, eyeballs it and writes up the estimate. Not to mention, takes the estimate from his clipboard, puts it in his mouth to hold while he adjusts his clipboard than leaves it on my door. I guess COVID doesn't exist anymore. Can't even read his handwriting, I see like 6 prices on it. Very unprofessional. Still looking!

Glenn the owner was very professional, good customer service and a very nice man. He filled a concrete hole in my driveway and hauled away all the old concrete. Everything was clean and neat. I would recommend his company for any concrete work you need. 5 ⭐️!

Highly recommend Crest! I recently had them install a stamped patio, driveway, front steps and walk. The crew was professional, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable, and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. I’m excited to enjoy their hard work!!

Crest come out last spring to bid on replacing my patio and sidewalks. I asked the man to write up a contract and he said my handshake was my contract and they'd be back to do the job in July. July came and went and they never showed up. Never returned my phone calls and emails either. I would not recommend them. They wasted my whole summer and I had to shovel grass to get to the garage last winter.

Replaced entire side porch and landing. Very professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. High quality work. Also replaced my neighbor's step while on site and she is very happy too! Would recommend them to anyone that needs concrete work/repair and I will be using them again to replace all of my aging steps and sidewalk.

Glen and his crew did a Fantastic job on our dream patio. We didn't know exactly what to expect, but they exceeded our expectations. We have had so many compliments on the job.. I expect this to last a very long time, and if there were any issues, Glen promised to take care of it! Thank you guys, we truly appreciate it!

The Crest crew was not only able to help me out in a pinch, they did an outstanding job and knocked out the work in a fraction of the time i have seen it done in. It was amazing to see how fast the workers moved and hustled to get the work done in a short amount of time. They did not skip any steps though, they made sure everything was level and smooth before they were done. They cleaned up after themselves and were great to work with.
I would definitely recommend them as they will be my go to for concrete from here on out after the job they did.
Thanks guys!

I would highly recommend Crest Concrete for any concrete to be done. Work is extremely professional, beautiful, and work is completed in a timely fashion. All workers were very respectful and easy to work with. With so many things crazy these days, Paul and Glenn made this job easy and pleasurable for me to complete. Thank you.

Did an amazing job on my driveway and other concrete needs. True professionals. Highly recommend them!

Not only they do an excellent job installing my driveway and front stoop in 2024, they even came back this year to address a couple of small “cherts” where the concrete had popped out due to freeze/thaw last winter. Very professional and customer-focused. Would recommend them to anyone needing concrete work.

We are so thrilled with our new driveway and can't believe how much better it makes our property look. Thanks to Glen and crew (Chico) for all their hard work and explanations along the way!

They just finished the top half of my driveway and total garage floor. Very professional, hard working. Glenn recommended a foot stoop from garage floor to side entrance. So happy with his suggestion. No complaints so far, very happy! Seven days to cure. I would definitely recommend them for your concrete jobs.

Recently, Crest replaced my old cracked driveway with a beautiful gleaming driveway. We had to wait for cooler weather but the wait was sure work it. They executed the removal and replacement in one day - the large crew worked very hard preparing the old space and making the new surface look great. Crest includes a sealer in the concrete and offers a "picture frame" finishing process that is the envy of the neighborhood. It has only been down a couple of days and I have already had numerous compliments - who did you use for the job? I highly recommend Crest & Sons for any concrete project. Also, Glen and his crew were very accommodating regarding any last minute changes or adjustments to the original project proposal. love the results, thank you
