If I could give 0 star - I would. Extremely rude and unprofessional people. Do not recommend. Pricing is a rip off.

Excellent company to work with! Professional, timely, tidy, and most importantly very high quality work. Our bathroom project was tricky to say the least and Stephen and Vunzai knocked it out of the park! Their diligence in planning ahead I'm sure saved us tons of headache we may have had with most other contractors, and any problems that did come up were quickly solved. Cannot say enough good things about them!

Coen Construction was a referral from a trusted friend. Responsive and prompt, great work, pride in the job and perfectionism. Highly recommend.

Vunzai and Stephen Coen were great to work with on our bathroom repair project. We had a lot of questions to make sure we are all on the same page, including subcontractors. Once the project was underway, things moved on time and all subcontractors were great.

They were great. Steve oversaw the basement remodel. He personally is a gifted carpenter. He had great suggestions to make the project stronger. He recommended the subcontractors. (Plasterers, plumbing, flooring, painters, and other carpenters). He reviewed the subcontractors work before they were paid. They cleaned up after each stage of the project and the work was completed in a timely manner. Vunzai (co-owner) kept us informed about the scheduled workers.
The work was great and the final price was very fair. My wife and I will use them in the future and we have recommended them to friends.

Choosing Coen Construction Services for our Timber Tech decking remodel turned out to be a GREAT choice (a friend referral) as the outcome exceeded our expectations. Stephen and Vunzai were professional and pleasant to work with on such an extensive project. The entire crew were punctual and the detail of workmanship was impeccable. We would highly recommend this company and plan to use them for future projects.

Stephen was a total pro on this project, and came in with a very reasonable quote for the project which ended up evolving a few times over the life of the project as new ideas would spring up. Stephen and his team took down our old rooftop deck, small breezeway deck off back of home, replacing both with a beautiful new cedar structure. Additionally, we tore out all our existing concrete in breezeway and in rear to install a new drainage system to alleviate water build up after heavy rain. Stephen was always available to answer questions and extremely communicative on timeline during entire project, especially when delays popped up (due to heavier rain earlier on in project). The construction was top flight from notching the 6x6 beams that support the pergola into the deck frame to reinforcing our garage door opening with new laminated beams after some sag was discovered due to improper construction of original garage/deck. Would highly recommend CCS, and have already done so with several friends/co-workers, looking to have any work done on their homes. Were so pleased with the results, we already have a large second floor remodel out to Stephen we were looking to complete prior to the arrival of a new member of the family this fall!
