Our box went out by the pole we on Egyptian electric. They came out and fixed it temporarily and we had 30 days or we be shut off.called AI left messages finally she said she put us schedule er heard no more .we called 2x no answer by then 2 week went bye tried again no answer finally called Olson and Olson explained the situation they came out the week they even called Egyptian to tell them they we coming to not shut us off .Thanks Olson and Olson.

But to not let us know anything and no call is not professional. Never will call them it been almost 3 months and still haven't heard a thing
