Cowan replaced my service pole before ComEd provided me with an ETA for a technician. -

Exceptional service. I found out that the leaning utility pole on my property in Chicago did not belong to ComEd and that it was my responsibility to replace. After the shock subsided I called Jim Cowan of Cowan Electric. He was highly responsive and professional. One week later my leaning pole was removed and the new utility pole has been set.
