Kyle and the guys are very diligent about taking care of my lawn. They are all friendly and professional. They are very helpful and considerate. They take good care of my yard. Very happy with them.

Please be more careful with trimming around the edges of the lawn. Our newly planted raspberry bush got some of it trimmed off by mistake.

The patch outside the row of windows on the back of the house was not thoroughly cut so a clump of as left standing tall.

They've always done a great job with our weekly mowing service. Also if they see that is not necessary, they will let you know and not perform that service.

Signed contract and then never heard from them. Perhaps my requested services wasn't high enough - not sure. One does not have to do business with anyone but then just say so. I sent a payment over cashapp thinking I would get their attention. Nope. Left several messages and even attempted to sign up as a new customer - still no response. Very strange but unprofessional.

Communication with College Pros has been wonderful. Jacob has been patient and thorough in answering all of questions. He completed our first cut of the season today and did an excellent job.

This would have been my third year with them but…They mowed my yard three weeks then in week 4 we had rain and I haven’t seen them since with NO communication. I also asked them to pick up my sticks they said yes and failed there too!! I had to move a party because I was so embarrassed. I called, I texted. I was not mad but frustrated now I’m mad. Just be professional and tell me you no longer want to mow my yard. I would NOT use them.

I love these guys because you can easily text them if you do not want your lawn to be mowed, they don't make you stick to a set schedule so you can adjust based on how your lawn looks. Most other places are every week no matter what and they charge you even if you don't have them come. Flexibility is key these days for me. Thank you!

The guys from College Pros have proven to be dependable and provide quality work. I started using them late in the season 2022, and they were very helpful and promptly started helping us with our yard work. Would 100% recommend!

I don't understand how anyone can give these guys 5 stars. I would give them a negative 1 if i can. Awful customer service, i have been wanting to get a quote on getting my landscape work done and i was supposed to be visited by one of their "techs" to stop by and give me an estimate. I have left them voice mail, text messages and so on and all i get is a darn lip service that someone will follow up that never happens. Either they don't care about getting new business or simply don't want to provide me a quote for reasons i don't want to know. Avoid them like plague.

Work about 14 hrs a day and for the last couple of years CPL has made my life easier by ensuring my grass is cut every week to standard.

When company comes over for the holiday’s I’ve reached out to CPL and rest assured they accommodated my wishes. Dependable, friendly and economical.

It was a pleasure to work with College Pros this past summer. I had to leave town for a couple of weeks and I was pleasantly surpised by their pricing and the quality of work that they provided. I also had to extend the work by another week and they were willing to continue taking care of my yard without any surcharge or extra fee. I look forward to working with them again during 2023!

Very reasonable pricing. They are responsive and they keep you up to date when the landscapers are on their way and when work is complete. Their automated billing is a breeze. All I have to do is an electronic transfer and life is good. Definitely going to hire them for next year.

Kyle is not only a great guy, but he did a fantastic job doing a core aeration service allowing me to overseed our lawn!

I have used College Pros for the past 2 summers to maintain my lawn. I really like the communication and the automated invoices after my service. I always know when they are coming to cut my grass and if anything changes due to the weather. Also, the automated invoices help me keep up with paying them on time and send reminders if I forget. Very happy with the maintenance of my lawn and will definitely use them again next summer.

A very unprofessional company. They gave us a time. They never showed up. On follow up, one guy showed up and offered multiple excuses of not being there in first place. Then he promised to give us an estimate and it’s been more than 3 weeks since I heard of anything. They didn’t even respond in spite of follow ups. A very Unprofessional attitude.wasted my time. I don’t recommend them at ALL.

My experience has been great with college pros. They are very responsive, the communication is always on point and the quality of work is excellent. They go above and beyond to provide great service. The price is fair and the work is top notch.

Jacob is phenomenal. He has always done an excellent job on our yard and is very responsive. I refer any of our new neighbors to him for service. He will often make suggestions on what he can do to improve the lawn. I cannot say enough wonderful things about his business and how much we appreciate being his customer.

College Pros never came to complete the work they said they were going to. I was a customer of theirs all last year on their subscription program.

They were supposed to come out one month ago to do my first fertilizer pre-emergent treatment.

I sent them a message when they were two days late from the date that they said they were going to stop by. They replied that they were going to send an update out to their customers (which they never did) and reschedule for a later date.

I sent them a message a couple of weeks after that, to which they did not even reply.

Now that they are about a month late for this service, I let them know that I was no longer interested in being their customer. They didn’t even respond to that message. I have essentially been ghosted/forgotten about by this company.

We've been using this company's lawn mowing service for the last 3 years, and they've been great. However, they have only shown up for the initial service in April this year and have ghosted us since. We did speak to them over the phone, and they had someone would come, but no one has come in the past 3-4 weeks.

I found College Pros Landscaping through Thumbtack and am so happy that I did! They have been maintaining our yard since we moved into our home last spring. Kyle & Jacob are great to work with; highly communicative, consistent, and do a quality job. The service is very affordable and I look forward to utilizing their services again next year. Highly recommend!!
