I contacted GroundWorks to request an estimate for regular lawn mowing, fertilization, mulching, replacement of dead bushes and trees, and a plan for re-architecting my landscape. It took one week of calling daily to get in touch with someone which happened only by luck as the person was on lunch. I was promised an estimate within one to two days. Two weeks have gone by since then with no estimate or response to my near daily calls. I only wish the company and let me know that they were not interested in my work or were just too disorganized to help. I recommend avoiding this disasterous company.

Job was poorly done. Ground was not even leveled so theres a lot of depressions. He will lie to your face with no shame. Called him back and showed him what a horrible job he did and he agreed to fix the problem. Never heard from him again, and obviously unable to reach him.

Finally, beware of the pricing you agree on in the beginning. He added a near grand towards the end.

Worst experience ever. Spent thousands last spring to have landscaping done. Stone border, replaced mulch with stone, and added a few plants. Was concerned with how the stone border would hold up. Was assured it would be fine. Well, it’s not. I’m actually going to be pulling some of it out and fixing on my own. Then the plants. A few of the evergreens looked near death last year, and we had the. Out to show them. And now they are completely dead. No warranty on the plants. At all, even though the company installed. Talk about terrible. Even the big box stores and other landscaping companies will give you a year. So, if you’re looking for a company with little pride in quality and workmanship, and has no concern for customer satisfaction, then by all means, dump your money into this place.

I am the facilities manager for one of the largest restaurant franchisees in the country and all of the restaurants require professional snow/ice management + landscape maintenance services. We have been partnering w/ Groundworks for over a decade now for the fact they handle both for us in a professional manner and they've been great to work w/ at value pricing. It's almost always advantageous for all involved when the landscaping and snow/ice removal are all managed by one contractor under one roof so the November to December and March to April transitions are seamless and smooth. I would highly recommend working w/ Groundworks - ask for Ray and discuss your needs, he'll take good care of you and take these concerns off your plate.

Hired to aírate and overseed my entire lawn including my back yard. Better Green also cut my grass and did a great job. They’re not even in my area and still came out to get the job done, you can tell they go above and beyond for their customers. Highly recommend them!

Highly recommend using Better Green Landscape. They did a beautiful and outstanding job in my back yard. They rerouted my underground downspout drains, leveled the dirt and topped it off with some fresh sod. Very happy with the results.
