Landon did a great job today. Over the years, I've tried different lawn treatment companies. TrueGreen is the best I've experienced and have used them now for a few years. Very accommodating, and if you do have an issue, they are quick to resolve it. I would highly recommend them and my property looks like a million bucks!!

The BEST service application ever thanks to Andrew H. HE LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS! Did the most thorough job ever. First time in 7years my driveway wasn’t covered with fertilizer!!

Logan Collier arrived at 7:30 and promptly proceeded with aerating our lawn. Following the aeration, he seeded the lawn. He did the work efficiently and quickly. We were pleased with the work that he did!

I have had true green for quite a few years now. And I have noticed that over the past years that the technicians have come out are not completely spray my lawn. I have contacted customer support and their only resolution is to send out another technician to spray the lawn again, which in my opinion from a business owner myself, is not cost effective. From my understanding, this is coming from the Plainfield, Illinois location. Whenever I try to contact them, it just goes back to another call center overseas. I pay the price to spray my lawn. And I expect for the technician to spray my lawn entirely, especially when i'm paying their price. They don't mind charging you their price. But they don't give you the quality of work that they promise you due to their half ass technicians. At this point I don't see myself moving forward with this company. I wish I had the option to download a video to show your their performance

During a lawn treatment, the tech overfertilized a portion of my lawn and killed that portion (see photo). I understand that people make mistakes. However, when I contacted TruGreen about my concern, their response was to offer me 50% off my next treatment. If I owned a business that caused damage to a client's property, I would do everything I could to fix the damage. But TruGreen wasn't concerned. I'll use a different lawn service next year.

Andrew Stevens was out to service my lawn today. Although he had a very busy schedule he took extra time to explain some issues with my yard and suggested follow up service to correct issue. Great job! Thank you.

TruGreen absolutely destroyed our lawn. Front and back. Very disappointed to see such a decline in customer service and products. Do not recommend.

They aerated our lawn today. They were friendly and quick. We also have them to help control weeds and did extra sprays when we needed it. One came out during the summer to check on things and noticed out trees and bushes needed help and made a recommendation. We decided to go with their recommendation and are very happy that our trees and bushes are looking more healthy since starting the spray treatment.

I'm truly happy we have TruGreen Lawn Care servicing our yard again. Last year we tried a different company and the damage they did to our yard was horrible. So I called TruGreen and I'm very hopeful they can help our yard to look beautiful and healthy again.This picture is how beautiful and green our grass was 2 years ago when we used TruGreen.

After giving TruGreen a second chance, I got the same results.

Issue 1: Trustworthiness
With cameras on both my back yard and front yard, during "visits" I saw him twice on the cameras. The yard is nearly 1/4 acre. My cameras pick up small animals running across the yard at night. It's hard to believe that they wouldn't pick up an adult walking my entire yard in the daylight. The local stated that they spoke to their tech and reassigned him elsewhere. That tells me that I was paying for service that I wasn't receiving. And btw, since when can someone apply fertilizer/weed control with a pump sprayer on a 1/4 acre in less than 15 minutes? No spreader?

Issue 2: While I understand that my lawn, while not perfect but certainly didn't look terrible beforehand, would show signs of improvement over 3 months of treatment. Weeds were never controlled even after having then tech and one of the branch managers come out. I can go to Home Depot and buy a $10 bottle of Ortho Weed B Gon and get better results, with a few days. Also, I understand its difficult to have a green lawn in the dry months of July and August, but my neighbors do. They don't use TruGreen.

Issue 3, Initially they state that I asked only for the front yard to be treated. But yet when I complained that I wasn't seeing any fertilizer pellets in the backyard, they came out twice to fertilize even though they initially said that I wasn't paying for it. Seems pretty shady. Come to think of it, I dont recall seeing the pellets that they used last year at all this year.

I have a tendency not to believe all online reviews of a company, but after experiencing what nearly every other client of theirs experienced, this company truly is mismanaged and not trustworthy. You know what they say, Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, you'll never see another dollar from me again (I dont think thats how that goes, but oh well).

The pictures below, were several days right after a supposed visit. Outside of the dandelions, everything else looks to be alive and doing well, not usually what you want to say about weeds.

If you get flyers, phone calls, or visits from them....run.

I decided to give TruGreen a shot this year. My lawn looks absolutely horrible compared to last year. They have sent out people twice as a “free service”, but this does nothing if the service being provided doesn’t do anything to fix my lawn.

I was told when purchasing the service that my lawn would look amazing and that certain types of lawn weeds would be killed. Then when talking with the technician, I was told that the lawn weeds the sales person said would be removed was actually a type of grass TruGreen couldn’t get rid of.

In addition, my lawn is dead. It is almost completely brown dead grass minus sporadic green spots. It looks horrible. If they would actually do something to fix my lawn, I’d be happy, but to this point their service has been a complete disappointment.

Adrian Alvarado did an awesome job on my lawn. He Aerated / Seeded my lawn this morning. TruGreen you have an outstanding employee. TruGreen is the best I recommend this company for anyone looking to beautify their lawn.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the aeration and seeding service I received today, 09/25/2024, from TruGreen.

At 8:01 AM, I received a text message indicating that your technician had arrived at my property. However, I did not see any truck parked at my house. At around 8:20 AM, while having breakfast with my children, I heard the sound of machinery and saw the technician operating an aeration machine in my front yard. By 8:35 AM, my wife and children were waiting by the stop sign across from my house for the school bus, and I stepped outside to check on the technician’s progress. I walked from my backyard to the front yard only to find that the technician had already loaded the aeration machine onto his trailer and drove off, seemingly in a rush to avoid speaking with me.

My wife and neighbors, who were also waiting at the stop sign, witnessed this as well. Most importantly, your technician did not spread any grass seed on my lawn. I confirmed this with both my wife and neighbors, who said they only saw the technician aerating the lawn before leaving. I inspected my lawn thoroughly and did not find a single seed, especially in the three bare spots on my lawn—areas that your company was well aware of and that I specifically requested extra attention for when scheduling this service. There are no aeration holes or seeds in these areas at all, and I have photographic evidence to support this.

Additionally, the technician left clumps of soil from the aeration process scattered across the sidewalk, which I had to clean up myself. To add insult to injury, the technician falsely noted in the online service summary, “I knocked on your door to speak with you about your service. I’m sorry I missed you.” This is a blatant lie. He never approached my front door, as confirmed by my front door camera and the security cameras around my property. Just like your weed control technicians, they never knock on the door before starting service to discuss the day’s work. However, after completing the job, they usually leave a paper summary on the door handle and leave quickly, almost as if they are avoiding communication with the homeowner. Today’s technician went even further—he didn’t even leave a paper summary before rushing off.

I am completely baffled by the poor quality of service I received today. This feels like a clear case of negligence and dishonesty on the part of your technician, and I cannot continue doing business with a company that operates this way. I expect a full refund for this service, and I reserve the right to escalate this complaint if necessary.

I hired TruGreen for aeration and seeding to save me time and hassle, but your service has done nothing but cause me more frustration and waste my time. I await your prompt response and resolution to this matter.

They never called me back for service.

Called and set up appointment. I waited at home all day. They never showed up. Never called. Never left message. No text. Nothing. No follow up. Very disappointed. Call Butler's instead. They did a great job

Conway Tree Removal is great to work with! When I called I left a message and they called me back soon after. Their quote was much lower than the others I received so I gave them the work. They did an awesome job and I was so pleased in how they were kind and easy to work with. I will defiantly work with them again and recommend them highly!

Mike came to look at the work that needed be done and provided the estimate the same day. The crew that arrived to do the work were here on time and worked efficiently to complete the job. They did the required work and cleanup was done very well. My only recommendation during the current pandemic is that the crew chief wear a mask when talking to the homeowners. This was the second time we have used Conway Tree Removal and would recommend them highly.
