We made an appointment for someone to come to our house on Saturday at 11 am. On the appointed day, I waited for 47 minutes and
nobody came or called/texted to let us know that they're running late or can't make it. If this is the kind of customer service they provide, I don't want to do business with them.

I would like to start off by saying that I was very excited to get a company out to do my landscaping. Clearly I did not read the reviews because they have 1 stars for A REASON ! After being an hour late the man, probably “Ramiro” , almost drive into my garage and so I thought maybe it was an accident so I didn’t say much. Then after explaining what I needed done he proceeded to ask me if my husband was home to talk about the work, I was appalled! He then continued talking to which I didn’t Care to hire him at this point. While he spoke I also noticed his breathe wreaked of something which was odd because it was early morning but it was evident at that point that he smelled of alcohol.
Very unprofessional overall. If you’re smart, you will not use them.

Ramiro told me a price of which we agreed upon and the price went up by $400 dollars when the project was completed. He even tried to get more. Said things were included in the project then all of a sudden, they weren't. He kept saying there was miscommunication yes, he forgot to tell me how he was going to cheat me once the work was done. He cost himself business because I shared this with a few of my neighbors who were interested. I told them to find someone who wont cheat and lie to customers for additional profit. It's pretty POTHETIC for a business to take advantage of customers especially at a time like this when so many are trying to get by. Speaks volumes of this company's integrity. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

I had a great experience to start my project in the fall of 2020 of taking up a brick patio and putting a new one down. Due to time of year, they told me they couldn’t do the sealer but would return in the spring to do so. That spring (2021) I called multiple times only to be told I would have to pay for the sealing because it wasn’t included in the price, which I had already paid. I requested to speak directly to a Ramiro and was told he was in Mexico but they would have him call me when he returned in a week. That call never came. I continued trying to contact and no one ever returned my call. This has continued into 2022 and I still cannot get ahold of anyone at this company. They clearly are out for your money and are not professional in any sense of it. I do not recommend anyone uses this company!

I CANNOT RECCOMEND THEM ENOUGH! Tony and his guys are the best! They took their time giving me an estimate and even took the time to listen to what i wanted to get done. Me and my husband wanted a whole new backyard from scratch and let me tell you tony went above and beyond his creativity and his attention to detail is amazing!! If anyone needs anything done landscaping wise this us your guy !! Fair prices, amazing staff and amazing customer service!

Warning:
Fazio Landscaping does not honor their word. They damaged personnel property of mine while performing a service on my property. The vice-president operations/ Landscape architect of the company, Bill agreed and signed a document agreeing to reduce balance owed due to damage the company caused. Fazio’s Landscaping then turned around and took me to small claims court to try and retrieve FULL balance. They did not receive the full amount, but the fact that they signed a document agreeing to reduce remaining balance and then they turn around and take me to small claims court to try and recoup FULL amount is not right! I’m leaving this review to warn others of this companies unethical practices.

This is a long overdue review. Last summer I had a very small job that I wanted done.. After calling many companies, they were the only ones willing to help me. After they were here for this small job I asked if they could do some other things which included getting black dirt, planting many rose bushes (which were beautiful), doing some stone work around a porch, repairing a sidewalk, preparing and mulching around all our trees, setting up a water fountain, etc. All of these things were done in an excellent manner and quickly.. This was done at very reasonable costs and I appreciate all that was done.. I would highly recommend them for any jobs needed done.

Myself and several other homeowners in our subdivision had Jacob and his company provide services for aeration and over seeding of our lawns in fall of 2022. They texted ahead to confirm appointments and make certain that we had enough clearance for machinery to get into backyards. After having services done I was accidentally double billed. I reached out to Jacob and he returned my call promptly and corrected the mistake.

A few neighbors did a group buy on aeration and overseeding. They used good quality seed (100% kbg to match our existing lawn) Overall the quality was good and they were responive to address any issues my neighbors had. I didn't have any issues personally. Would use again in the future

I've used College Pros for 2 years now and am happy with their services! They have the best price point I could find and I like how they use their automated messages to let you know when they are on the way.
