They were supposed to show up to only do my front yard. The price was reasonable so I decided to give them a try. They were supposed to show up every 4 to 6 weeks. I had to call once because 8 weeks lapsed between sprayings. Another time they showed up 7 weeks between services. Then they came on August 14th to do an aeration. The weather was 92 degrees outside and they went into my backyard without asking and knocked over paving blocks and almost took out my hot tub. I'm just confused on how a lawn service would aerate when the ambient temperature is so hot it's almost impossible to grow grass. It is supposed to be done in the fall. I will not be using them again and I'll be giving tru green my business from now on. My neighbors yard was serviced on a more timely manner and they seem extremely happy with the service that they receive.

I pointed out a few problem areas to Aaron. Aaron explained why weeds were present on the parkway area and the measures he was taking to eliminate them. Aaron took time to explain proper lawn maintenance to me.
