The rudest I’ve dealt with since I lived here. I had questions on a leak. Charlie that came at first was nice. The moment I was confused on the charge for coming out he was talking down to me. Told me the company won’t do any work to fix my leak and once I wondered why the office didn’t make me aware that because it’s new shingles they won’t touch the problem which I thought that’s something that should’ve been told to me before they came out Luke sat there laughing at what I was saying. I asked for an estimate sent to my email so I could let my roofer know and he said that’s a cost because it potentially can go to court. All I wanted was a price so I can move forward with the process so that my daughter’s ceiling doesn’t leak through. Super rude never met anyone like that. I wish they would deny any of this because my family room camera has it all.

I have called upon the services of many area plumbers and have been disappointed to say the least. TMZ is the only plumbing company I would have in my home. Worked with Charlie and Todd. These guys are trustworthy, knowledgeable and care about the customers’ satisfaction. It’s nice to know that there are still people of integrity who are honest and care about doing a great job. Highly recommend !

Oh my Gosh!! Todd and his team were impeccable in their work. Honest, dependable, and fast. This is the best way I can describe the work completed in my home. When we called he responded the same day and performed the repairs very quickly and efficiently. The price was pretty good too! Thanks Todd for the amazing work. I will definitely refer you and your company to anyone who asks.
