Service technician was thorough, pleasant and very respectful of our home. Repair was completed to our total satisfaction.

Did a great job and gave me the information on my dishwasher that I needed to know. I truly appreciate him and I appreciate his hard work.

Took 3 visits to get ice maker. Charge 651.00 thats crazy. 350 for ice maker and 300 labor. Took tech 30min to complete. Outrageous labor cost. Will not replace an ice maker again. To expensive. Tech did great job but price was way to high.

The replacement parts installed did not eliminate the problem of erratic temperature in operation of the oven. Apparently the parts are not compatible with the specifications for this oven.
