Excellent, fast service. Helped me out twice when I had an emergency.

Had one of their workers smash into my car and blatantly lie to the officer about what happened. Even after the officer told this man there is no way what he said happened could happen he continued to lie.

There are not enough great things I can say about Tom Provancal and his company. Tom is honest, responsive, and does things the right way the first time. I have used Provancal Brothers in diferent times! I would highly recommend Provancal Bros company to anyone knowing that they will treat them with respect, honesty and professionalism! Thanks Provancal Bros for always being there for us!!

This place really needs to do a better job about making sure its workers aren't doing side jobs while their supposed to be on the clock.... you guys have Mr. CARLOS DELAROSA who not only ruined a job for me and I had to have it fixed, but he stole $3,800 from me by promising me he would be able to fix the plumbing issues in my 3 bathrooms and he never delivered, he basically ran with my money never even called or texted to say or give any explanation. He not only did my water softener tank, he installed it while he was supposed to be at work working for his company.. so he was basically stealing time from his job. It sucks that you decided to give a prior felon a second chance, but it's obvious that he is not an effective employee and he should he fired from his work!!!

My fiance and I has a wonderful experience with Werner Nugent Plumbing! Mike was our service manager and Vincent was our plumber. They had great communication and completed our project on time. Highly recommend using their plumbing services.

Unreliable. We called about a kitchen sink that had backed up in my condo unit during the day on a Thursday. They said they would send somebody the following Friday morning, but by 1 PM we had not heard from them. At 2 PM, they called and said that they would not be able to come that day, leaving us without a plumber that day (and in a difficult scramble to find a replacement plumber that day).

Worse service ever! Plumber lied to us when he left his job incomplete. When confronted and asked why, he made one excuse after another until he finally hung up the phone. Calling Office Manager was of no use, she too was rude and useless.

The real reason job was left incomplete was so they can make a 2nd visit and CHARGE US AGAIN for the $120 for mobilization plus $120 hour minimal.

Everyone we interacted with at Werner-Nugent was fantastic. Communicative, professional and thorough. Anthony and Mike in the service departments were very helpful with coordinating a project with shifting timelines. Fred the technician was polite, knowledgable and efficient. Highly recommend for anyone that needs plumbing in the Chicago area.

Werner Nuget was the most average service I could have had. The billing is unrealistic, no receipts for materials, travel time is the same cost as the skill of the plumbing... when they did the demo, the scratched the hardwood, tile of existing, and just didnt work hard. it took three "full" days to demo and convert the tub to a shower. they didnt even need to move any of the concrete. literally one of the most basic tasks you could have done. They wont be getting by business again. Anthony the sales rep did meet me in the middle at least a little bit for the final bill, hence the two star over the one. no way it should have taken this many hours in the first place, classic union hourly shop.

We replaced the countertop at our condo prior to selling while we had tenants living in the unit. We weren't aware that we needed to bring a plumber until after the fact and due to the association we had quite a few limitations. We called these guys on Monday around 2:30 pm and were told that they could send a guy last minute Tuesday around 11 am. He ended up showing up around 9:30 am and got everything done in a few hours. They had to replace a part and had anticipated it going into the condo. We were only too happy to pay the bill and our tenants have gone back to being happy people paying rent. I would highly recommend these guys for their professionalism and estimate the amount of work they would do. I've worked with too many plumbers/construction guys that commit and don't show up or have a variety of reasons why the price they gave and the price they are now charging are two different numbers. It was a pleasure to work with someone that is capable of being this honest.

Great work and excellent customer service for our HOA condos. I spoke with Anthony and Mike and they were very responsive in getting getting their plumber Tim out the very next morning. Tim was very friendly and helpful. They snaked and routed 50 feet of pipe and show me the before and after video. AMazing how much grease and lint they removed. I would highly recommend them. They are now our GO-TO plumbers on our speed dial!

"Great experience with Werner Nugent Plumbing".The tech, Timothy was very polite and knowledgeable. He showed up on time, put on protective shoe covers and fixed a leaking pipe, a clogged kitchen sink problem that extended beyond my unit and caulked. There was minimal noise and he cleaned up after. Mike, the service manager was exceptionally helpful with coordinating the appointment and following up after the work was completed. He let the HOA manager know their financially responsible for a portion of the bill. This is the best plumbing company I have ever worked with.

Gauged!!! Charged “mobilization fee” = 1hr travel fee. Didn’t inform prior. Serviceman sat for 3hrs claimed to have to wait for building shut down. Building engineer says it was shut down the whole time. $827 for 15 min repair to toilet leak. Says they explained charges prior to scheduling, but did not. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND OR USE AGAIN!!!
