It was probably the coldest night of this winter. Mom's furnace was set on 75 and it was. 49 degrees in her home. I called Weis Comfort Systems. Within a short time they arrived. Thank God. If not for them there would of been frozen water lines. I am so very grateful that they could accommodate me. If ever I should need any assistance I will certainly call Weis. Expensive but useful.
I had Weiss come out to help me install a smart thermostat and I greatly appreciate their help, but 160 bucks for a 30 minute job where the good fellow merely screwed in a wire and installed a thermostat is expensive. I had the job done myself but didn’t know I could take off the door on my furnace to screw in the common (power) wire to my thermostat.
Lastly, the technician did a great job but he left his copper wire clippings on my hardwood floor where I walk barefoot and that could have hurt if I stepped on them.Seriously appreciate the help, just wish it didn’t cost so much.
