Showed up on time for the day of cleaning and went beyond the scope of what we agreed to and did not charge for the extra time. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Helen was able to come on short notice and provided a great move out clean. She offered to work late as the new tenants were moving in the next day. Our landlord was very happy with the clean and her flexibility to provide service.

I would highly recommend this business. We needed someone to come in and clean for a move out. Helen worked around my schedule and was accommodating when I needed to reschedule and have her come back for additional cleaning. She did an amazing job. She really helped to alleviate the stress of moving. We weren’t the cleanest people and she made the place cleaner than when we first moved in. I was very impressed and would definitely use again.

I liked everything about my experience working with living water cleaning service. I needed a move-in cleaning, but it could only be scheduled, based on the limitations of my schedule, after the tenants had moved in. I really appreciated how responsive the cleaner was in listening to my concerns and working effectively around the new tenants belongings. Despite those hurdles, she did a great job of giving the apartment the shine it needed. And she kept me informed at every stage.

Helen was pleasant and punctual. She did a great job at a fair rate. Even stayed longer to ensure the job was done right WITHOUT charging extra. Sent photos and videos of her work. Will recommend to friends and family for sure.

Helen and her employees did a fabulous job on my dad’s apartment. He has two cats and his leg has been bothering him so unfortunately his apartment was a bit of a mess. Thankfully Helen came over to look at his apartment to give us a quote for a deep cleaning. My dad loved their work and is getting on the schedule for maintenance cleanings! We cannot thank Helen and her crew enough for their hard work and professionalism. Thank you so much!

After 5-hrs the vacant 1884 building, 2 1/2 bdrm apartment (1000 sq ft), was NOT Move out/in clean by a “professional” named “Helen”. The former tenants did a very decent job of cleaning when they left and an attempt was made by the “professional” (only 1-person) to pass on some of that cleaning as theirs. Did a look-over the apartment and pointed out missed areas. The “professional” said that my kind of “clean” was “unusual”. Stayed another hour (and I HELPED clean b/c I had an event that evening). After paying $475, “Helen” wanted an additional $100 b/c she stayed another hour to clean the places she missed. I agreed to split the difference ($50 Zelle) b/c I cleaned during that entire hour, too. (She was upset b/c I used up her paper towels). She refuse to leave (she KNEW I had to go but she sat on the of the kitchen countertop — I had just cleaned). The cleaning service was highly recommended but am of the opinion that a crew went out to that other apartment and “Helen” was not a member of that crew. Well, in the end she left w/the additional $50 and REFUSED to provide a receipt needed to include to pass on to the former tenants.

I have twice scheduled a visit from Yuritzy Landscaping and had no one show up. One was for an estimate and once was supposed to be for bush trimming. I don't know what their work is like because I never got the opportunity to find out.

Contacted them because they do the lawn for my sister in Berwyn. I needed to get my yard mowed before I moved out of my house in two weeks. I spoke with someone who said they would meet at the house the next day, never showed. Claimed they had an issue with their work truck, which is fine but they couldn't call or text me to let me know they were not coming. They said they would go out to the house that same day and send me an invoice. Never received the invoice and when I called to follow up on more than one occasion, I left voicemails and never received a call back. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of others time. Just say, you cannot make it or your don't want the job.

I had a bear of a old inground pool and riverstone decking to remove. The responsiveness and willingness to physically come out and talk about the project and plans was the initial things that set yuritzy apart. Then the integrity to be on time daily, consult with us, and complete a moderately difficult removal was very much noticed. The guys did what they said they could do. Finally the finished product which included new sod and patio pavers left us with a beautiful new yard that honestly, has me wowed. Highly recommended, good guys and got to love a family owned company locally who do it right. Will be using them again for other projects!!

Rubin & his team did a spectacular job. I'm very sick & cannot do what I used to. My yard had severe storm damage & suffered neglect during covid time. This company worked hard & did a great job. I contacted Yuritzy to replace the walkway leading to the entrance to my home with pavers. I dealt with Gib who provided me with an estimate which I found to be reasonable. He exhibited an extensive knowledge of both the task and the village.

They secured the permits with the village and proceeded to remove the concrete, layout and form the necessary base (or foundation) and took great pains in the installation of the pavers.

They then planted grass on the edges of the walkway to insure the there would be no break in vegetation between the existing lawn and the walkway. The work proceeded very quickly and without interruption.

They did it great job and I would not hesitate in planning any future projects with them.
