I called him for an estimate it’s my rental property which is 45 minutes away from my house he scheduled the time but didn’t showed up I called him he said he’s stuck in traffic but actually lying cuz I could here it he was working somewhere and he said he is not too far so I waited for him but after an hour I texted him he said he’s stuck in traffic again so I waited another 15 minutes but he didn’t showed up so finally I called him he disconnected my phone then finally I realized he was lying from the beginning that’s very unprofessional I wasted 3 hours sitting on the street for him people like will not survive in business for to long I will tell people find a resposible and reliable person I am glad I didn’t hired him

Bob was able to take care of some electrical issues in my townhome prior to sale. He is very reasonable in his quoting and got my issues taken care of next day. If I weren't moving from the area I'd hire Cardinal again. Will recommend to friends!
