From lawn care to pond landscape installation, Alex takes care of a homeowners needs. Very rare to say looking forward to current sump pump drainage maintenance project...

Alex just from Illini-Scapes just finished a big job for us. We couldn't be more satisfied. He is responsible, reliable, and accommodating. They did a great job and he was willing to work together with us to satisfy our needs. The work was done exactly how we wanted and he is knowledgeable and multi talented. I highly recommend Alex and his crew.

Alex and his crew do awesome work! I just purchased a new house this last year and the previous owner didn't keep his landscaping up to my expectations. Alex met with me and suggested a mulch and other landscaping needs and I can't be any more happier than I am with the results. Keep up the great work!

This is one of the best General Contractors I have ever worked with - they are honest and do all they can to work with us subs and do a quality job

I had an excellent experience working with Genstone Construction as a subcontractor. Their communication was clear and consistent from start to finish, and they kept the project moving efficiently every step of the way. Samantha was as professional as they come and kept everything running smoothly day by day, which made a big difference in delivering quality work on schedule. The level of organization and professionalism across the team made this a strong working relationship. I appreciate the opportunity and look forward to continuing to collaborate on future projects.

Fantastic experience. They did a great job. From initial contact to completion was under 2 weeks. Highly recommend.

All work was beautifully done. For future projects, we would insist on better communication, more updates. Tile work, cabinet installation, electrical, everything is impeccable.

We called Constructive Renovations to replace the deck on our townhouse. The project was just completed and the deck is beautiful. The project manager on site was Adeeb Naous. He was always professional and such a gentleman. Adeeb had to fight through delays caused by permit issues and of course weather conditions. Somehow he and his team persevered and delivered for the company. He was always patient and understanding as he answered my questions and concerns. He promised us that he would do his best and deliver anbeautiful deck. He followed through on his promises. Thank ou Adeeb and Constructive Renovations!

With the cost of a new deck out of reach we opted for a repair and a new PVC fence. The work was done in a professional manner and at a reasonable price. I am very satisfied and will rely on C.R. in the future for all my maintenence needs.
