We called Constructive Renovations to replace the deck on our townhouse. The project was just completed and the deck is beautiful. The project manager on site was Adeeb Naous. He was always professional and such a gentleman. Adeeb had to fight through delays caused by permit issues and of course weather conditions. Somehow he and his team persevered and delivered for the company. He was always patient and understanding as he answered my questions and concerns. He promised us that he would do his best and deliver anbeautiful deck. He followed through on his promises. Thank ou Adeeb and Constructive Renovations!

With the cost of a new deck out of reach we opted for a repair and a new PVC fence. The work was done in a professional manner and at a reasonable price. I am very satisfied and will rely on C.R. in the future for all my maintenence needs.

It was a pleasure working with the whole team at Constructive Renovations. Bob was able to come out quickly to put together a bid and get started with the project. Branko managed the project end to end and stayed close on communication throughout the process. Him along with the rest of the contractors made sure the work was up to par and performed the work as if it was their own home. Highly recommend!

Project full kitchen remodel. The kitchen remodel project starts with the estimate which Bob Leach gave a good professional estimate. He was very thorough and very friendly. Next phase was meeting to pick out cabinets and flooring. I met Samantha Stull at Procraft Cabinetry
To pick out cabinets and countertops. Being it was Samantha’s first day on the job Bob also met at procraft cabinetry , so I got a two to help pick cabinets. The next phase was to pick out light fixtures, flooring, hardware for cabinets, etc. with Samantha Stull. She was very helpful.
Adeeb Naous was The supervisor for the construction job itself. He coordinated with John the subcontractor. John did a wonderful job on demolition of the old kitchen, Adeeb would stop in every day that the contractor was here sometimes two or three times a day to check up on progress and see if there were any problems. Electrical subcontractors did a wonderful job taking out the old electrical box and wiring for the kitchen and installing the new circuit box .
In the end, the kitchen turned out like a show roam kitchen. Very happy with the way. All the work was done and how the finished product came to be five star review. Very happy customer.

We chose this company to reconstruct our deck as it was 20 years old and we had replaced many of the planks and now the posts were beginning to rot. They gave a good presentation with the median price point. Mike was very polite professional and meticulous in demolition and reconstructin the new deck. We chose to use Trex - a composite material for our deck. We live in an area where we don't get a lot of sun, so our wood deck would not dry completely after heavy rains. I think that contributed to the rot. There were only a few hiccups during the construction, which were weather related and delayed our finish time, but that is to be expected in the Chicago area. We were extremely happy with the end result of our new deck and Mike and his crew were great to work with.

The project took a lot longer than I expected. But when you have a beautiful bathroom after completion, how can you be upset. Great communication with Jeff thank you Samantha for helping me pick out the products. I would rather have it take longer and look amazing.

From my first meeting with Bob, a true expert in the field with great project ideas, to my last meeting with Branko, our renovation went smoothly & the house looks great. Everyone was responsive to questions & changes. Samantha was patient & helpful with material choices & purchases. They did a great job, even with lousy weather. Moved a plant, tore out a small deck and built a beautiful stone patio. They laid gravel then sand and I could tell from watching it's not going anywhere. My daughters were very impressed too.
