Jeff and Crew helped us renovate our basement. They did an outstanding job. There were problems that came up during construction and he always had the answers. Communicaton was excellent, he kept me informed every step of the way. Jeff was professional every time we asked to add things. We are very happy with the result. I recommend them. They are reliable, skilled, and customer focused.

Building a concrete patio with Constructive Renovations was a fantastic experience from start to finish! They were incredibly responsive, from my initial online quote request to the project's completion. The entire process, including scoping, quoting, contracting, permit submission, and construction, was exceptionally smooth. I especially appreciate Scott's outstanding customer service. He visited my home multiple times to ensure every detail aligned with my specific needs and personally supervised the project from beginning to end. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. I'm extremely happy with Constructive Renovations and would highly recommend them!"

I recently hired Genstone Construction to manage my kitchen renovation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, their team was professional, organized, and easy to communicate with. They kept me updated every step of the way and always made sure my questions were answered quickly and clearly.

We were so impressed with how quick the process was and the level of care and service we received. Any questions we had were always addressed. Adeeb came to do the final inspection and made sure we were 100% happy before he left. We are so happy about our projects getting done so well!

Our bathroom remodel was finished on five days of work and looks great, the result we wanted.

We had a great experience with Rich Linton redoing our guest bathroom! It is stunning and they took such good care of us. They were also the lowest estimate by a large number. We would recommend them to anyone looking for home improvement in Orlando.

Please note this review is NOT a reflection of the construction team that was hired, this review is about our experience working with Constructive Renovations, LLC. Ben and his team (who did the manual labor) were INCREDIBLE and we were so happy with the end result. Constructive Renovations was a different story.

We hired them for our primary bathroom shower. While our project was likely smaller than other projects they were working on at the time, that's exactly how we felt - like we weren't a priority. If we could go back and do it all over again we would NEVER have gone through Constructive Renovations. Constructive Renovations was a completely unnecessary "middle-man" throughout this entire project and a MASSIVE waste of money. We easily spent double on this project than what we would have spent going directly through a contractor.

At the beginning we met with one person to discuss our project, met the general contractor and Ben, who would be leading the work and then the first two people we met with disappeared and we never heard from them again. Turns out one of them actually left the company and the other one we still have no idea what happened. He stopped responding to us, we never received an update from the company and then once the project started a different general contractor showed up without any further explanation as to what happened to the first.

A family member reached out to Constructive Renovations for us when we were out of town, so he was the one listed on our account, however we asked no less than SIX times for our account information to be updated to reflect our information before the team actually changed it. Every time we received an email it was from a different person which usually meant we'd have to ask them all over again to update it so that my husband and myself who were the actual points of contact on this project would receive the necessary info. After working with Constructive Renovations for over 3 months you would think they would have the decency to get our names and contact information right. As an aside, we were also quoted 1-2 weeks on this project and it took over 3 months.

We had multiple changes throughout the course of the project which unfortunately meant WE had to take the time to scrutinize every bill we received because our general contractor wasn't relaying that information to the billing department nor did he ever have a clear picture of the changes that had occurred. Truthfully we knew more than our general contractor throughout the entirety of the project which was extremely frustrating and left us feeling taken advantage of considering how much money we were paying him and for what??

Customer service was non-existent with both our general contractor as well as the overall team. Emails and phone calls were rarely returned, emails were clearly "copy and pasted" with no personalization whatsoever, we were constantly referred to by the wrong names, our general contractor NEVER took ownership for anything but instead pushed back and blamed us or tried to tell us that that wasn't his area of expertise and that we should reach out to someone else on the team. While I'm not in the industry I can't help but think as a general contractor on a project you should be fully aware of everything that is going on with said project?

While I don't traditionally take the time to leave such long, negative reviews, I wish I would have seen more honest reviews like mine before hiring Constructive Renovations, then maybe we would have saved our time, energy and MONEY. My husband and I walked away from this experience grateful to have met an incredible construction crew with Ben and his team but otherwise feeling VERY much taken advantage of. This was a HUGE project for us and a significant amount of money that we were not expecting to spend as new homeowners and as such we were extremely disappointed to have paid SO much money for such incredibly poor results as far as Constructive Renovations goes. Please save yourself the hassle and more importantly the money and look elsewhere.

I had a disappointing experience with this company. They came out to give me a quote and told me I’d have it within a few days, but it’s now been almost two weeks. Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve only received excuses and promises that it would be sent “by end of day” but nothing ever came through.

The lack of communication and follow-through shows me that my needs weren’t treated as a priority, even after I expressed my dissatisfaction. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend working with a team that doesn’t value reliability or customer experience.

Communication was poor, timelines were not respected and professionalism was lacking entirely. I would not choose this company again and recommend that others carefully consider their options. In a word- Disaster!
