Horrible service. Sent cleaners to my home to clean & did not do the simple task. Did not sweep or mop the main floors! When I called to complain manager called me a liar.

Ladies were kind. But they half cleaned my home. They didn't dust where, didn't move items around to correctly clean the kitchen countertops, or didn't clear out the cobwebs in the basement. I was so disappointed.

I was so happy with the service I got from supermaids they came to my house and were so detailed with the cleaning my house looked amazing and smelled great girls were on time overall a great experience I would definitely be using them again

I've been using Supermaid for about 10 years now and absolutely love their service. They're always on time and truly do a great job cleaning my home. I highly recommend giving them a try.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. One of their employees broke a very expensive award plaque 10 months ago. Delay after delay in them paying the invoice for a new one. Today, Paul refused to pay the invoice and said he would only pay 1/3 the cost because he said it isn't worth as much as the invoice was for (this was a custom plaque for a sales award). Buyer beware!!!

This service is the absolute BEST!!! Definitely 5 star!!! Team #7 did an amazing job cleaning my place ..I have children so it's hard for me to have time to do it all, with the help from Supermaid I am able to keep my place clean ..I left out while this awesome team stayed & cleaned, I came back my place literally sparkled ..bathrooms, kitchen, dinning room ..my room, all my kids room💫 ..I will definitely continue to use this service and recommend this service to anyone looking to keep up a nice clean environment!!! ..Team 2 is my new fav such a good job!

Most, if not all, of the ladies with Supermaid do great cleaning work. They're fast and efficient, but I chose to terminate the service after my daughter's very expensive Clinique & Mac makeup and related supplies went missing. The real deal breaker though was the poor and not so professional service that I received when attempting to resolve this issue with the office staff.

My daughter and I had already noticed that from time to time, things in her room would go missing, and finally a number of empty cardboard boxes that I had in a closet were removed without the ladies discussing this with me beforehand. After they left, I realized they had been removed and was like holy cow! .... I needed those boxes for my upcoming move. On another occasion, the ladies threw out my Tupperware that was sitting in the kitchen sink. I did not realize that they'd done this, of course, until after they had left. One piece was a plastic cover for a nice glass container. Now it's gone.

The finale, however, was when my daughter's makeup went missing during one of the cleanings. I first called and spoke with Julia, and she sounded very sincere and accommodating when she promised to go to the owners to get this dilemma straightened out. We spoke again the next day with my daughter participating, and I got the same spill about how she was going to talk to the owners and get the matter resolved. After not hearing back from her for well over a week, I called again and spoke with someone named Megan who said that I would have to speak with Julia to get this resolved. I asked her to please have Julia call me. She didn't call, so the next day, I left another message for Julia, but she did not return my call. Meanwhile my daughter went for a week and half without wearing any makeup.

After another week or longer went by without hearing back from anyone at Supermaid, I called again and spoke with the Megan, who this time introduced herself as the manager. She had apparently not understood what had happened when Julia was taking my calls, but said she later found out from Julia and investigated what had happened. While she had not first bothered to call or follow up with me (not until I called her), Megan told me that she had discussed the situation with the ladies who were cleaning at my home the day that the products went missing. According to Megan, the ladies had denied taking anything, and when discussing the matter with me, Megan emphatically denied that it was stolen and kept bickering with me over the notion that no woman would swipe another woman's makeup.

Whether the makeup was inadvertently removed, thrown out, or flat out stolen, she was missing the point. Instead of talking it through with me professionally, she became rather combative over the phone. She even insinuated that I had been calling repeatedly as if I was harassing them. Actually, I called several times because Julia wasn't following up on her promise to get back to me and resolve the matter. Megan even argued with me that the expensive makeup applicator that I had purchased for my daughter at Macy's was really just a worthless disposable sponge. The applicator cost me over $25 and was definitely built for long-term usage. I should know since I paid for it at the counter.

To her credit, Megan did offer to literally come to my residence with the two ladies to search for it. She further asked if she could discuss the matter with my daughter, which seemed fair, and they did talk over the phone about the situation. But she was a little combative with her as well.

The three stars are only for the ladies who work very hard for the service. But overall, too many things have gone missing, and the ladies administering the business do little or nothing when you complain. I had to let them go. That's all there is to it.

I'm so grateful for the team that came to my house to help me! They were on time, pleasant, thorough and when I pointed out something to them, they did it with no hesitation. They didn't make me feel guilty for letting my house get away from me and they were so good. I used this company years ago after my son was born and they did great then, too! Thank you so much SuperMaid and Team 1!! Thank you!

I have been using SuperMaid on and off for several years now. Lately I signed up for bi weekly service and I’m very pleased with the service. First, I am serviced always by the same team, on the same day, every 2 weeks and around the same time.
My team is very professional and courteous when around during my work time (I work from home).
Besides cleaning SuperMaid occasionally, when needed helps me with laundry, laundry folding or organizing.

I would highly recommend this service to anyone in the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs!

I have been using Supermaid service on and off for about 4 years. Almost every time there is something wrong. The problem or issues be minor do I still contact them because I’m familiar and have a history. But this last time….was the beautiful tragic ending. Every time I call….the lady that answer the phone is rude she over talks without and understanding. She sets time for cleaning and they don’t show up on time. There has been times that they have broken things in my home but I didn’t say anything. I have referred people for their service and never gotten my referral cleaning that was promised. If you skip a month or 2 because of their poor scheduling the price increases. Then they have said if you get a constant monthly cleaning you get a discount....thats not true either. Well for me its wasn’t.
It’s hard to find good service and sometimes it’s worth a try to deal with familiar people and businesses but not when they constantly treating you wrong. It’s not fair. Hopefully things get better. I’m currently looking for a better cleaning company that’s friendly on time and worthy.

DO NOT HIRE SUPERMAID CLEANING SERVICE!!! On June 18, 2024 Maria and another lady who didn't speak English came to my home to clean. The home was mostly empty so I left the two ladies at the house with my painter. I went out to run errands. Upon my return I felt ill from being in the sun. I came in and asked Maria about the work they did. Normally I would have walked through the house carefully inspecting it however because I wasn't feeling well I only checked a few spaces. I noticed that inside the toilets were cleaned but not around or behind them. I asked if the kitchen had been cleaned. Maria said her manager Maggie only gives them a certain time to clean and anything that was missed she would return the next day on her own time to finish. When they left I noticed that the blue shoe covers that I had put in a kitchen drawer that morning were missing. I texted her and asked if she had moved them and that I would see her in the morning. She responded ok ty. When she didn't show up I called her she said her schedule had changed but she would call me back. When she didn't call or come back I called Maggie the lady that sent them and told her how they failed to clean ceiling fans, behind toilets, most of the kitchen wasn't cleaned etc. I told her that's why I paid for a deep cleaning. Maggie said she would call me back. As of July 15, 2024 she still hasn't and she isn't returning my calls. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I took a video of Maria when she insisted I pay her cash and the next day showing the cleaning that wasn't done. I plan on filing a law suit.

Ana & Claudia (Team 3) did an AMAZING job on my house. My wife was absolutely elated when she got home and saw how clean everything was. Top notch work and without a doubt I would use them again. Thank you!

Read the other reviews. This was the WORST cleaning service I've ever experienced. I paid $450 for deep cleaning minus all five of the bedrooms. Im still noticing everything that wasn't cleaned. What a shame on this company.

Excellent communication and work from start to finish. Lauro and Hugo did an excellent job with our deep cleaning and floor scrubbing job. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

I hired Lauro to clean my businesses windows. Before the service the previous owners neglected them and they were filthy. Now my business looks very presentable. I got many compliments. Lauro was easy to communicate with and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him.
