I recently contacted Four Corners Air Heating and Cooling to purchase a part for my furnace, as I planned to handle the installation myself. From the very first call, they were extremely courteous, professional, and respectful.

Even after I mentioned that I would be doing the work on my own, they treated me with the same level of professionalism and were more than willing to order the part for me without hesitation. In my experience, some companies lose interest when they realize you’re not booking a full service call, but that was absolutely not the case here.

They were helpful, accommodating, and even offered support in case I ran into any issues. That kind of customer service speaks volumes about their integrity and commitment to helping people.

I truly appreciate their professionalism and highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest and reliable HVAC service.

The service guy came out and only looked at one ac. $465 to clean. This was not worth $90. Waste of money. I expected a full inspection

Francisco has installed a split and a central unit in my place. He takes all my calls when i have questions or issues. My unit is a penthouse and the previous owner Helicoptered in the central
A/C. He figured that out right away and priced that (which was ridiuculous), and then helped me get a unit that would replace the central ac (and it does). Overall very satisfied

Deny, defend ,depose. Just like the health care system in America these guys are also unregulated and allowed to take advantage of the people. I am editing my previous post because the owner of this company asked me to post a review in exchange for a discount. Not because I was satisfied. My 2year old HVAC system has cost me 3,500 to maintain so far all because I have been deceived by technicians.
The first technician told me I needed Freon it cost me $900. The next summer the air conditioner was not working again. It turns out I had a leak. Cost me 1500 to fix. Then the heat was turning on and off they told me I needed new switches. Cost 400 .next day heat was still not working I called this company to check on it didn’t even show up. I had another technician come out to check it out because it’s been cold. Turns out It wasn’t the switch. He fixed the problem for another 500.

Did a good job but never came back to get the old furnace it's still in my basement please come pick it up

I hired United to clean and check my two central air units. In 15 mins or less, he tells me that he's done. No findings/report, no freon check, no suggestions. Disappointed that I was charged $140 for this.

Francisco and his crew were great and fast, professional and skilled. We had a gas leak at the water heater, 2 joints above water heater and behind the stove (cracked valve). Francisco came the next day to inspect and assess. And in less than a week, installed and replaced water heater, pipes(main line) and valve all by lunch time. Nicor inspected and turned gas back on. United Heating and Air Conditioning did a great job at a great value! Thanks Francisco for another job well done!

I own a property management company and have hired Fransico and team to help me service all of our HVAC needs. These guys are always prompt and very knowledgeable. I have hired them on multiple projects and each time, they are fair and reasonably priced. For the last few jobs, I was able to give them the lockbox code to my vacant units, and trust that they would get the job done without me having to drive to meet them there. My experience with Francisco and his entire team was very positive. I needed someone to come look at my AC as it had not been functioning properly. Francisco was out the same day I requested a quote to see what work needed to be done. He was very helpful in determining what was wrong and how to fix everything. We scheduled the service for the same week and a few days later his team showed up and got straight to work. They were very knowledgeable and were able to explain everything they were doing to fix the system. Within a few hours they had everything replaced and running normally. Since it was the hottest week of the year so far I cannot express how grateful I was to get everything fixed within a matter of days. I am very happy with the service I received.

These gentlemen are never late for appointments. They work non-stop. They do not lie about what they see regarding your HVAC issue. They quote you honestly giving both a product prices, low on and high one. And everything they did to install new furnace was cleaned up. They took all of the old furnace with them to be disposed of. My furnace works great. Thank you Cisco and your assistant. If you don't use them, you don't know what you are missing. I am ONE HAPPY CUSTOMER !

My wife and I bought a New rental property a few months ago. We were out of town During the freezing temperatures and came back to some pretty heavy water damage because of the freeze and damage to our furnace system.
We call United and they were able to send somebody out late evening during the weekend.
