Pain
I had to pay $650 to a guy name Lewis for a boiler clean out. The base pay that was told to me. Which is an over charge if you ask me. The base pay to clean out a boiler should have been $325 or less. Just to clean out loose brick dust and soot. Then after that the repairman ordered two parts? The Gas valve and a new module panel, which was covered by HomeServe. One of the parts belong to the boiler which was the gas valve? And the new module panel just so happened to be the wrong part that belongs to a different boiler that was installed onto my boiler. Then this guy gets frustrated and place the blame on HomeServe my warranty company that hires people like him who just up and bailed. Because he could not find the flame sensor unit that needed to be changed out as well. This man was not focused into the job. And his heart just wasn't into it in seeing things through. I will not recommend this company(Berryman's Construction Heating and Cooling). He did not have the patience, which he was rushing through the job. Ordering the wrong parts and over charging me for $650 to clean out a boiler. And to add to that $650 scam? HomeServe paid him close to a $1000 for two parts. Which was also an over-charge and a scam. But to place blame on HomeServe for changing him out for a totally new company because he could not figure out the problem by troubleshooting. $1650 is way too much money just to clean out brick dust and soot. With the two parts added is ridiculous. Then he high tail ran off leaving my home at 30 degrees with an incomplete job still not fixed. So I had to find someone more experienced from a whole different heating and cooling company. That knows what he is doing. Rite Air Heating and Cooling is the place to call for great service. Rite Air Heating and Cooling will not over charge nor con it's customers. Orion Paden

I cannot express the amazing talents of Louis Berryman. I had no ac for 2 weeks waiting on my warranty company and Louis literally saved our lives!!! He diagnosed and fixed the problem within a couple of hours and at an honest, reasonable price. Professionalism at its finest. I'm so indebted to him for bringing us out of the most trying 2 weeks with no air, during the extreme heat wave. Hat's off to you sir. Forever grateful!!!
