The service technicians are very knowledgeable and personable. I've used them for several repairs in my home. They always do a great job. I would recommend them over and over again.

Through Dr. Howard's thorough testing, she discovered that I needed to have an immediate surgery. She recommended me to a specialist who could perform the surgery laparoscopic, which was less invasive, instead of doing the surgery herself. The laparoscopic machine is not available in my area.

Came out and did quality work at an affordable price compared to Tiger and Darwin which were ridiculously criminal. Will definitely contact in the future. I recommend to anyone I can!

Patty was AWSOME & the wait was worth it.A place that is good is typically booked a few day's out & they do their VERY BEST to get to you ASAP.I have used them on my house & my girl friends & will NEVER go any other place.5 star performance from the TEAM in the field & the office.

Dr Howard was my first selection for my prenatal care while pregnant. We developed a friendship as she treated me so well & made each visit comfortable for me. She had an in office ultrasound/sonogram machine so seeing my baby at each appointment was a huge plus! My labor & delivery went smoothly thanks to her & my family being by my side!

Overpriced. Charged me $85 to light a pilot light.

Made several calls and waited a week. No one ever showed up after being told they would be there that day every time I called.

Called at 8AM and made an appointment to have a plumber come to my home. I called at 1PM to verify that I was still on the schedule they said they were still coming. I called again right before 5PM and at that point the same lady who booked and answered my ealier calls tells me they are not going to make it today. She did not even give me a courtesy call in advance to let me know, I had to call them. This is NOT good customer service and I lost a day of pay because of this. Thanks for nothing.

Patty is very dry and unprofessional. Understandably due to the conditions of last weeks weather many companies are booked, however daily for a week she literally lied about a service tech coming out each afternoon. Because I was referred to them by a reputable source I wanted to give them a chance but this is ridiculous. It is better to be honest with people and not tell them they are on the list to be services when literally there is no list.
