Eric was spot on with his response - prompt, punctual, and professional. He showed great courtesy and a solid grasp of the HVAC field. His quotes were concise and came in four options, which we appreciated. Follow-up was quick and efficient. We're looking forward to a good outcome now that the work is done.
It's too early for a final verdict, but initial impressions are excellent. Jason, the installer, knocked it out of the park. Meticulous attention to detail and spotless workspace - top-notch quality all around. Eric deserves credit for putting his team in such capable hands.
If you're considering this company, take my advice: give them a shot. They're upfront with pricing, respectful of your time and property, and accommodating when it counts. Plus, their monthly plan is a steal - we saved $119 on our initial visit.

Eric's team is comprised of genuinely nice folks. From the office staff at Kendall to the technicians who visit your home, they're consistently polite and respectful in their interactions.
We recently had a new furnace unit and thermostat installed late last year. However, a few months later we encountered an issue with the unit itself. We reached out to Eric, submitted a warranty claim, and received a replacement unit within days - a remarkably smooth process. Despite it being a factory defect rather than installation-related, Eric handled the situation with professionalism and composure.
