AQC, Vince and Ross are wonderful! They are very competent and knowledgeable about all kinds of furnaces and air conditioners. We've used their services for five or six years. The guys are patient, and keep at it till they find any problem. They guide you in how to take care of the units and trouble-shoot issues early on. AQC is reasonable in cost, the guys are personable and an all-round wonderful to work with.

Fantastic service. My A/C suddenly stopped so I called, and Ross added me as a stop at the end of the day. When he immediately determined that the problem was a wire that had shaken loose, he fixed it free of charge. Unbelievably conscientious and professional work every time.

Ross is very knowledgeable, professional and gets the job done efficiently. He would explain the problem clearly and budget to fix it. The best part working with him is that he is NOT pushy salesman. I would highly recommend him.

Searched HVAC companies on Yelp to repair no heat issue and AQC responded quickly with estimate info and availability. Ross came out same day and fixed the problem. He was prompt, professional and very friendly. He wore mask, gloves and shoe covers. Ross delivered world class service with efficiency, while explaining everything he did in great detail! (June 2021) I would highly recommend AQC and Ross! I called three other companies, but they didn’t have appointments available for at least a week. With my AC not working, I needed someone quick. I found AQC on Google and it was less than a mile from my house (Harlem & Diversey). The reviews were good so I called to see about availability. Ross said he could come out the next day and he did. The experience was great. Ross was respectful, wore a mask and always put foot coverings on when entering the house. He answered all my questions, showed me how the AC worked, and explained what he was doing to fix the unit. He gave me options and recommended the least costly alternative. When he finished, he cleaned up the area. I will use AQC for all AC repairs and maintenance in the future and recommend this business to my family and friends.

(June 2023) The comments above were from my experience with Ross and AQC two years ago. On May 31, 2023, I had Ross back out to look at my A/C because it was not cooling the house properly. I called in the evening and Ross came out the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and quickly resolved the issue. He was friendly but professional, explained everything he did, and cleaned up before leaving. I highly recommend Ross and AQC.

Ross did some maintenance on our condenser, fixed a furnace issue and also a humidifier leak issue we had. This was over 2 year period. Ross is super quick to respond and is willing to come down late / after hours for extra charge. He is my go to for any HVAC issues.

Ross is great!! The was a bad part and he had to come back a second time and worked with my schedule.

Ross, from AQC Services has been doing our maintenance on our 2 HVAC units for several years now. Ross was great we called him and responded right away, scheduled an appointment and came to check my heater and find the issue. He came back next day and fixed it. He described the issue and what he was going to do fixed it. He was really professional I do recommend his service!

I had Ross install a new AC and furnace last year. Ross let me pick up the manufacture and model and his quote was very reasonable. He and his team installed it and when they ran into issues with my smart thermostat they went above and beyond and fixed my old wiring and even replaced my thermostat with a temporary one they had until the Ecobee manufacturer send me a replacement thermostat. His quality and service is top notch. His responds quickly and is very honest. I recommend him for both new installation and maintenance.

Great experience, they were right on time, did great work, and were excellent with billing and follow up. I would gladly use again.

Ross came over for furnace maintenance and found a crack in our heat exchanger. His team was able to install a new furnace fairly quickly and Ross went above and beyond with calling my warranty company. Highly recommend!

0.29.2022 - Ross to rescue! Of course my heater decides not to work when I turn it on for the season! I called Ross for an emergency appointment, and he was able to accommodate me. It turned out it needed cleaning. It is up and running and my house is warm and toasty! Ross is super dependable, does top notch work and is great to work with. He is very professional, and I highly recommend his company!

EDIT UPDATE: 2024 Ross and Vince done it again! I needed some work done on my furnace to get my house sold they saved me thousands of dollars in potential credits to the new homeowners looking to buy the home. Simple cleaning and maintenance and very fair pricing, 4 hours later and they we're done I appreciate them very much!

Old 2022 Version! - Russ came through again, his expertise and fair billing is what keeps me coming back to him. he could have totally told me my system was crap and needed a new waterline, injector, and sensor for my all home humidifier. but he got straight to the point and replaced the parts that needed replacing everything else is working as expected now and better than before!

Old Review: Russ, was very informative, and knew what was going on. he actually found out that our AC was over drawing on electricity. this was due to a couple of reasons. He took care of them, and gave me a great price. DO NOT HESITATE, This guy knows his stuff, and it shows that he has a passion for it. I've already recommended a lot of my friends to him, for any future work!

In a span of two weeks, I had my water heater get replaced and the heat in my house stopped working. For the water heater, Ross came out and gave me a free quote, which I compared alongside four other companies.
I ultimately went with Ross and AQC Services. The pricing was in line with the other quotes I received and Ross was able to get it done quickly.
He was very professional and even gave me some preventative maintenance tips to keep everything running smoothly and help the longevity of the water heater.
Fast forward to a week later and the heat in my house went out. There was an issue with the gas valve or the ignition board. Ross came out within two days to replace what was broken. He replaced one before replacing the other, making sure that I only replaced the parts I needed. He pointed out a few other things that I should be watching for moving forward.
Overall, Ross was quick, efficient, professional and in line with industry pricing.
I would recommend Ross to anyone looking for work on any HVAC equipment in their house.
