Toilet was backing up - they did the rotorooter and everything was great again! They put a water heater in for me in Jan and the service was just as great as it was today! I won't look for anyone else in the future!! Excellent company!!!!

Had to shop around for plumbing prices. Found B&A to be the most reasonable & they stuck to the quote that was given over the phone. On time & friendly. Explained the work done as well. Cant go wrong with these guys! Thank you!! Will use again.

If I could give 10 stars I would. B&A treats you like family. They take the time and listen to your issue and are very responsive. Best plumber I've worked with. Highly recommended using them

B and A was able to get my hot water heater fixed within hours of me receiving the part from the manufacturer. It's not fun to be without hot water and they came thru. Have used them before and will again. Thanks B and A. Great job.

I had a problem in my sink backing up. The condo association sent a plumber from B & A (Bobby). Just one look at the problem and he knows exactly what to do. Very professional. Great job!

We called Monday morning because the pilot on our hot water heater wouldn’t stay on. They were at our house before 11:00. When the service technician turned the water back on our sometimes leaky faucet became a constant drip. The technician went and got a new faucet and put it in too. We couldn’t be more pleased with their service.

I was working at a customers home and needed to turn main water off. The valve broke in the closed position leaving customer with no water. Called B&A at about 3pm on a Friday thinking we would need to wait until Monday. They sent Jim out within about 30 minutes. He made repairs in a short time saving the day.

I'd give 10 starts if possible. B&A Plumbing, Inc was amazing. My Brother in law had a leaking hot water heater and it needed to replaced. Igla went out of her way to help us get everything resolved. We would definitely use them again.

From scheduling, to the unexpected disaster that was my old sump pump B & A took care of everything. They even told me where to find some parts at a discounted price. I would definitely use them again. Outstanding all around.

The nicest business to deal with. Customer service took my information and explained all the details on what to expect. Had Gary come out within a few hours and he completed the task right away. He even cleaned up and put my rugs back in the bathroom! He took time to explain the process and how everything works when fixing the toilet ring issue. I discovered a leak with my Water Heater at 6:30 am. I called B&A and they were able to recommend a new water heater. Sure enough they were able to install a new water heater that afternoon. Talk about quick, efficient and quality service. Great job and I'm very satisfied.

I called at 8am on a Friday and had someone out by 10:30. Jim was friendly and knowledgeable and quickly fixed my battery back up for my sump pump. The price quoted over the phone was accurate.The only problem I might have in the future is that B&A’s hours are generally 8-4:30 M-F. Most of the time my problems in the past have occurred after those hours and on weekends. Still 5 stars for service/accurate price.

So impressed with the service, efficiency and quality of work done! Had 4 sinks all backing up into each other so I called for an appointment. Though I was told there would be a little wait as things were busy they were at my house the next morning! Super friendly and quicker than expected with this being a holiday week. If you’re looking for plumbers in the Schaumburg area look no further. These guys have a very long history in Schaumburg (Family owned business) and are the most honest plumbers in the area. They won’t overcharge you or use any shady techniques (like most other places have from my experience), but most importantly- They get the job done. They are more than happy to work along with the Village of Schaumburg as well for Witness Rodding to make sure everything goes smoothly.

Not to mention, super great team! From setting up an appointment to getting my sewer lines rodded for roots, everyone from B&A was stellar and did a fantastic job. Shoutout to Dj and Derek for being such great guys and helping me with my sewage backup problem. Thank you again!

I just want to give kudos to Helga, Gary and Jimmy from B&A Plumbing. We had an emergency situation on Tuesday, and they were booked up solid. But they worked it out that they would be able to get out to us in the afternoon, and were very timely, totally professional, found the issue right away and took care of it. When they handed me the bill, I was shocked! It was so low compared to other recent work we had done by another plumber, that was not anywhere near as involved as this job. I would recommend B&A Plumbing hands down! Great work guys!

The staff and crews are all great to work with. The crews do a great job, clean up when they are finished, and answer questions. The office staff is great to work with as well. They have always been fair with their pricing for the work they complete. Would recommend anytime.

We used B and A Plumbing to put in a brand new main sewer line (roots & old clay pipe). The people from the office to the plumbing crew were very professional and honest. They gave a very fair price for the work performed. I would definitely recommend their business to anyone. Good people.

My Brother-in-Law used B & A Plumbing and told me what a superior job this company provided, along with the price. I knew they were from Schaumburg, I called to see if they'd service the Wheaton area and they do. My shower did not have hot water and I needed someone. I called and they were able to send someone the next day. Bobby was professional, respectful, answered all my questions and took the necessary time that was needed to complete the project (no rushing). For what I needed, and the price they charged was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend B & A Plumbing without any hesitation. And definitely request Bobby for my projects. It was a pleasure to work with this Company!

We were stood up by 4 Plumber’s, finally found this one, super responsive, helpful on the phone, worked with me to make the soonest appointment. When they arrived they were so polite and professional, found the issue right away and took care of everything within 1.5 hours. I am so happy with their service and value, will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumbing service.

Had a minor issue with a leaky toilet that was beyond my (very limited) DIY skillset. Called B& A Friday morning, Dean was able to come out by noon that day and took care of everything within an hour. Very professional, courteous and pricing was reasonable for licensed plumbing work. Highly recommend.

We have an aging house with bad plumbing so it seems that B & A must think of this as their second home! Each and every time they are here, they are on time, dependable, honest at a fair price, and do a great job explaining what they did and why. However, what we appreciate most is their integrity.
