Rotor -Rooter technician was very helpful, courteous and professional. He was here when he said he would be and was efficient at diagnosing and fixing our plumbing problem. Had sticker shock when I was told the price $750.00. It was a Friday at around 2pm. Was given a $75.00 credit. Which I appreciated . Rotor- Rotor tech was here for less than an hour. Evaluated the situation 10 minutes went to get his equipment 5 min snaked the drain 20 min took his equipment to his truck 5 min filled out the billing paperwork 10 min. Average cost on the internet for this job ranges between 100 to 500. With the national average being around 335.00. Nothing special or out of the ordinary was performed. So, to me 750.00 seems excessive. I paid it in hindsight buyer beware. Don’t think I will ever youse Rotor- Rooter again. Thank you, Richard
