Mr. Rooter (Josh) is amazing! I was having plumbing issues this weekend and was concerned about water overflowing because I have a lot of laundry to still do. I had water coming up in my shower and tub and issues with my toilets. I could not wait until Monday. I called them and they were at my house within an hour and a half. Josh took him time looking at the inside plumbing and started rodding outside, he found the clog! Tree root of course. He was very efficient and made sure the clog was resolved before leaving and cleaned up before leaving. My 2yr old daughter also made a friend today. Thank you so much Josh and Mr. Rooter!
They came fast. I came home fr work to find water heater exploded. They came about an hour later. The next day water heater was installed. They did a through and professional job. They even cleaned up the mess. They were very friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. I would recommend them very much
The service provided was very professional. JJ did a excellent job clearing our clog and did a great job cleaning up after himself. Maria in the office did a follow up call to verify that we were happy with the services and outcome. Services were little more than I expected but overall it was a nice job.
I called Mr. Rooter late on a Saturday night with a serious sewage back up and Brandon was here in 45 minutes. He did some detective work to figure out where the blockage was and then he worked hard to fix the problem which was tree roots in the pipes. Courteous, neat and at a reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
Firstly their expertise is nowhere close to the rate they charge and secondly they will try to sell services that you don’t need. I will not recommend their service at all! For us the toilet and bathtub had water backed up so called them for rodding service. Plumber Jason came and estimated $695 for removing the toilet and rodding to clear the clog. He first tried to insert the snake through bathtub but failed. Then tried to insert via sink and failed again. He tried a few more times and then could not do it and was walking away and expecting me to pay $695! I refused to pay and spoke to his manager. Manager seemed reasonable guy and asked the plumber to at least do what was stated under the original estimate before expecting a payment! So plumber Jason removed the toilet and tried but once again could not get the cable past the first bend in the pipe. He was ready to walk away again blaming the drain pipes were faulty. Now to fix this problem by replacing drain pipes, they gave me an additional $700 estimate! I refused to change pipes! He tried a little longer and then said the issue is with main drain so he can’t help and wanted to walk away again with the $695. Obviously at this point, it was clear that he was not interested in resolving my problem.. Lucky for me, I keep an auger (rodding machine) for emergencies so I decided to do this myself. I asked plumber Jason to remove his auger machine and I brought my auger machine, tried for 5-10 minutes and unclogged the drain. The plumber was really dumbfounded. It just happened that I knew to do it myself, otherwise they would have charged me an arm and a leg for something that was not even needed. He was not using the auger machine properly and had too much loose cable between the machine and the drain so firstly could not force the cable down the drain and secondly left a lot of mess due to that loose cable banging all over the floor, walls and door. I had to spent 2 hours to clean that mess. Shamelessly, he said the way it works is that he still has to collect the full estimate but they will refund it. So he finally walked away with $695. After 2 weeks of running after them, they refunded only 15%.
I was able to get immediate, same day, excellent service.
