Electrical reviews in Schiller Park, Illinois

We've been going there for years now because of their great prices & lighting selection. I personally like their designer lighting selection, items that you'll never find in your local big box store.

Gabriel in lighting is the best

Top tier customer service.
A bit slow at pick up. But best supply around.

I love their commercial fixture selection, and the lighting guys know their stuff. I'm in and out, quick. I usually work with Roman when I'm there, he's always very helpful.

Fantastic company, great prices, great service.
Mark Papuga worked out a problem for me flawlessly!

This place is simply amazing! I had to pick up an order to help my electrician and the amount of items they carry is off the charts! I can see why he moved closer to this warehouse of all things electric.

Sale people are ok however shipping department people very very bad waiting time is over one hour every time and return policy is very bad good luck getting your money back. And also re- stacking fee 20%

I will never go back to this place.

And by the way price are same as other stores .

Willow electric is a very professional business place with loads of experience. Always have a large variety of stock. Salesman Mike is always there to help out with any of our needs and is very knowledgeable in the field of electrical products.

Great company to do business with. Professional and courteus help from Sebastian - fast response time! Great value, free delivery and great products. Wide variety of options.
Highly recommend!! 👍🏼

My husband and I went through a home remodel. We were looking for a special touch for our home. Mike was a great help with getting information we needed with our modern LED lighting. We couldn't be happier with how everything came together.

Was at Willow a few days ago looking at some light fixtures. Mike at the front counter was very helpful in walking me thru the different styles as well as explaining the benefits of LED lighting. Walked out with a great LED fixture for a good price!

Best supply house around.

Easy to order, they usually deliver the same day. Great lighting selection. They'll beat the competition's prices. Sebastian is always patient with me.

I love this place! They have a large selection of commercial fixtures, they know their stuff, and deliver to my jobsites same day! Did I mention their free coffee is supper strong? Pricing is second to none.

Great service, and very knowledgeable. I ended up buying a few great looking fans ( they have an awesome selection there), and a few of Lutron switches to control the LED can lights that I got in the basement. Tony helped me pick the fans, he was very knowledgeable.

Good company to deal with. They will sell to the public but are geared more towards contractors. As long as you know what you want you'll be fine. They do make for easy returns so go ahead and buy a little more that you think you'll need. They will even take returns on partially used boxes on some items. Be sure to ask which items when purchasing. I'll always think of Willow first before going to a big box stores.

We never had issues with delivery - which is free! Willow has any electrical component you can imagine. You can't go wrong with them - they're the best!

12 minutes from O’Hare airport easy in easy out. It’s my go to Fast drive-through stop for me when I’m hungry and I don’t wanna spend $15 for two pieces of bread and three pieces of deli meat with a slice of cheese at ORD.
