Worst plumbers you could possibly call. Save your time and your money on people that know what they are doing.

The worst plumbers in Illinois. You would be better off going on YouTube than wasting your time calling these guys.

If you are looking for a bunch of unprofessional, ignorant and rude plumbers with a questionable license and working without city permits plus you are ready to have ruined your house/building..this company provides everything. Oh. Almost forgot, they may come drunk to work...

Patrick has some of the plumbers working in the industry.
I had the remove and replace all my galvanized pipe and drain line for a gut rehab.
    Totally professional,
    Passed all necessary inspections.

I rent in a two-flat, with two separate water heaters.

First my water heater went out. They charged $1100 to change it. It took them less than an hour including the trip to store to get the water heater. The plumber (Chris) turned the hot water back on full blast, and left before it finished filling the pipe. He told me to run the hot water in 10 minutes and let the air out of the pipe. The minute he was paid he was gone.

I followed his instructions to find diminished flow in the kitchen sink. I quickly texted him. He first tried to tell me I needed to chnage my kitchen faucet. I replied that it was his responsibility. He said he would come out and look at it. But (surprise, surprise) the next day he was too busy. After that he did not respond to further texts, so he never came back to look at anything. (This is a signature Patrick & Sons move. Tell you something today to keep you happy/hangin on, and then change their story tomorrow.)

A month later the landlady's water heater blew. (Foul Play?) I told her about the situation with the first water heater. Nevertheless, she decided to use Patrick & Sons again, but asked for a different plumber. Her water is in a spot that's hard to get to. So they had to disconnect mine to put hers in. I had told them aboot the reduced hot water flow with the first heater. Can you believe they turned the water back on full blast again? So my tub water didn't work at all.

These shitburgers walked off the job at that point, about 10 am. They said they were going to get a cartridge for the tub. They left the hot handle off the tub faucet and the tub hot water turned off locally. (Hanging on!) I knew the cartridge wouldn't work because both hot and cold were blocked. Also, because the cold handle is glued on, there's no way to change the cold cartridge. Nevertheless they came back at 3pm, not with a new cartridge, but to get the cartridge to take it to the store for replacement! This was their ploy to push the job into tomorrow and tell us they had to rip the whole house up and get all new pipes. I told to turn the hot water back on and go. The landlady let them in later and they did indeed tell her that she need all new pipes.

At that point the landlady told me I could get somebody else to deal with it. After several days of my taking baths, because there was so little water I couldn't get a shower. Another company came and blew out the pipes with compressed air. The tub flow is now very good, although not perfect.

Our basement had water come up from center drain 2 days ago. I called, got cell number to call in case of emergency. Called and immediately spoke with plumber who said he was on a job 7 minutes from my house, and would be here within the hour. Got here as promised and worked on front drain 'til he cleared it. Water immediately drained from basement. I found the plumber courteous, professional, and concerned. He was extremely nice in dealing with my high anxiety.

I called regarding my laundry room sink leaking. They were out the same day. Very professional, they took care of minding taking care of my carpet as they moved around the house. They quickly took stock of the problem, made recommendations and fixed the leak. I will call them again if I have a problem.

They came on a Saturday and on time, and fixed my clogged sink in about an hour! Pat and his assistant were great and very respectful! They are local heroes and would definitely call them again for any plumbing issues I have!

I wish we would have believed the reviews instead of hiring this man to do work for us. Never showed up to do the job refused to meet with anyone to share what his plans were. Unprofessional and unreliable throughout the process. I simply cannot get him to return my phone calls.

Patrick and Sons Plumbing did an amazing job when I needed them! They came out on a Friday night, which was incredibly convenient, and handled the issue quickly and professionally. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Their pricing was fair, and the quality of their work was top-notch. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services in Chicago!

DO NOT HIRE. Please believe the reviews. Patrick is unreliable and rude. He comes up with excuse after excuse. A one week job to replace our main water line took 6 months. It was a horrible experience. He yelled at me on the phone multiple times, his worker acted inappropriately with me. When they finally finished I found a leak by the main pipe and he’s avoiding my messages. DO NOT HIRE.

Never do business with this company. A bunch of scammers who don't care anything besides squeezing you for as much without doing any work. We had a written executed contact for them to complete a multi 5 figure plumbing project only for them to drag the project out to the point where we are multiple months behind due to them not doing any of the work we legally agreed upon & promised. We paid half of the money to start the project, after they got thee money, they never send anyone out to the job site and claim that the money is now "gone" and they can't refund us despite never actually having anyone show up. The only thing they have ever done was lie about why the work was never done and breaking promises. Extremely unprofessional, it's crazy we have to resort to taking this terrible company to court just for a text back. Unbelievable, I hope they lose their license to prevent anyone else from being scam, not even sure how they're in business but I'm going to do what I can to ensure that they can't pull off this stunt off ever again
