Called for an estimate. Set up an appointment for 10 am on a Saturday. At 10:30 we received a call, asking if we still wanted to get the estimate. We said yes and were told they would be here in 10 minutes. Another 30 minutes later, no phone call, now show, so we called and no answer. We canceled. We are 7 miles straight north of their business.

This company just finished a large landscaping job for us out at Lake Holiday. They did a great job and the crew are such hard workers. It looks first rate and the price was reasonable.

Saw an add on Facebook for firewood ready to go all dried/seasoned. First told me noon that came and went then 2 then 3 finally showed up at 4. Dropped it off and my fault for not looking it’s all wet like it was just cut. They did respond and apologize and say they will bring better quality stuff, first day they said they would come they backed out I had to reach out again and plan another time that they agreed to and when that day came, no call no show and now no communication. And I am all 5 minutes from there location. Would not recommend. For any work if that’s the quality of business they run.

Daniel came to look at digging out a spot for a temporary pool. He said he was leaving to go get his machine and would be back shortly. We agreed on an hourly rate. My husband went to get money to pay him. He never showed back up and would not answer or return phone calls. We had someone else we were going to pay to help with us.l with the job as well. He and Daniel were going to work together. We all waited for a couple of hours until finally my husband and the other hired hand started digging it out by hand after 6pm. Very unprofessional to agree to do a job the same day and then ghost us. Had he not agreed to this my husband and the hired helper would have started hours earlier. Instead they are working well into dark to try to finish. We are very disappointed with this company and Daniel, specifically.

We were quoted ball park price of $600.00 for needed heating repairs and the management company received a bill for 1752.00, which was paid. There was no explanation of overcharges and when we spoke with Scott on the phone after the fact he agreed to the original quote of 650.00. I had other issues with two other service calls that were performed and Scott agreed o call me to work these out, this was on January 19th, he never called nor reimbursed for the overages.
