It is rare that I write reviews, but this family owned company deserves it. They've performed excellent work, their service was above and beyond expectations. Very humble people, and I would not hesitate calling them again for additional landscaping work.

We had such a great experience with Maria and her team. They did an amazing job on our very large retaining wall and walkway! Their team communicated ideas along the way, informed us when the weather didn’t allow for a work day, efficient, and the results are exactly what we needed. JIO landscaping did an amazing job with our front yard landscaping. They were able to get the job done within a week of booking them. They did a spring clean up and applied new mulch to our landscaping as well as resurfacing our front walk way. All for a great price. Will be working with them again for our future projects.

JIO Landscaping did a wonderful job cleaning up my landscaping that had gotten completely out of control. Years of neglect had left my home looking rough but after reaching out to JIO they came out and gave me a quick estimate. Upon agreement they were out within a week to help get this problem cleaned up and the house looks so much better! Can't thank them enough for the help.

Maria and her crew did a great job on removing unwanted plants and weeds, mulch installation, and cleaning brick pavers. They arrived on the day planned, worked efficiently, and cleaned up nicely. There was no evidence left behind that anyone was working—just a beautiful front yard! The work was very reasonably priced, which is a huge plus, considering how competitive the landscaping business is. I plan on making JIO my regular company. A+

This review is based on my first experience with this company. I called to get landscaping maintenance. Here is what I found out. I asked the person who answered if they can service my city and was told yes they have accounts in my area. I said okay. Then I asked how many crews do they have running because I know if you serve several cities you need more than one crew. She said they only have one crew. One crew for the entire Will county???

The problem here is you can’t be everywhere in a weekend where residents usually get their lawns serviced. So the person I talked to didn’t want to commit to ensuring my lawn is serviced every weekend (weather permitting) so she then chose to tell me they are booked after she first said they could service me.

I can't imagine using any other company for the care ofmy yard. It's been over three years and every year I am more thrilled with the company and most comfortable knowing they are here or coming. Always on time, no excuses, professional, they get started and finish sometimes before I can get out to say thank you; they have come and gone.. no interruptions to my family or me.

Service representatives are kind, professional and always in good
spirit. This is the company you want to take care of your lawn... the key word is "TRUSTWORTHY"

We hired D & J Landscaping after being completely dissatisfied with our prior maintenance company. We had weeds everywhere, lawn looked terrible, plants were struggling.
