Great experience all around. Our dishwasher was leaking onto the floor and the repairman tracked down the source quickly. He even cleaned up his work area before leaving. Small thing, but it matters.

The washing machine repair was handled so well that we immediately started thinking about who else we knew that needed appliance work. That's honestly the highest compliment when a service experience is good enough to make you want to share it. Efficient, skilled, and worth every penny.

Jaimie the owner is running a scam artist’s business. His Repairman Thomas came to our home, spent LESS than 15 minutes “assessing” our broken refrigerator. He never pulled out any drawers to view the vents on either side of the fridge. He talked a lot about freon and possibly needing the check levels, but he needs to speak to his boss Jaime who was on vacation.. on and on… he eagerly took our $80 Assessment Fee. I have called and left over 4 messages for this company to call us back with their plan to repair our fridge and have received NO response. Absolutely criminal.

I just called this number and it routed to a business that has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. If that's the same business I dealt with a few years ago I do not recommend using their services, their name back then was ActFast Repair which they probably had to change because of their F rating

Read this if you this company is assigned via AHS ticket: I read the reviews and many owner feedback seems to be “different company, not accurate review”. I verified this is indeed the correct Adams Appliance Repair. Tech to fix our icemaker was a nice guy but took four times coming onsite to figure out how to fix an icemaker. Waste of valuable time and I don’t believe this company understands, nor cares what this means to people. Do yourself a favor and have AHS dispatch ticket to a new company if this one is assigned.

These guys have been servicing my appliances for years. They go above and beyond to make sure that we always get what we need.

Had them out Tuesday because dryer wasn’t working. Had to take off work to be here. Did nothing. Said dryer vent was blocked. Had guys out today, Friday, to clean out dryer vent, another day off work. Dryer doesn’t work. Called back and was told I’ll have to take a day off next Tuesday for someone to come back. I can’t kept taking time off work. She said she’d call the warranty company to tell them that. NOW I understand all the low ratings.

Poor service. Doesn't seem to care about fixing the problem. It's unfortunate that american home shield hires "professionals" like this. He basically told me there's nothing he can do to fix my problem and left (spent less than 5 minutes in my house). Will never hire again.
