Juan and his team worked on a residential basement project that required excavating for inches of head room. I couldn't be more happy with how helpful he was and how it looks now. He excavated several inches of concrete , backfilled, and poured a new slab quicker than we expected. Additionally, he was very thorough with all paperwork detail and communicating with our contractor along the way. I strongly recommend his work and plan on using him again for any future concrete projects.

They were amazing. Very hard working, skilled and efficient. They did the work quickly and despite the weather. The end result is beautiful. They cleaned up really well and left nothing behind. They even came back to sand an area that one of our residents felt was uneven. We highly recommend them.

Dealt with J Montoya personally on the phone today... Worst experience in the world. He's not a business man and more of someone who doesn't care about anyone else but himself. I emailed and have tried contacting them about one of their trucks not being properly strapped on top, which resulted in rocks flying out. I had a rock hit my BRAND NEW vehicle and put a nasty crack in my windshield. I have pictures of the truck and any other pictures I would properly need for the state police and a lawyer if actually needed. Needless to say, he told me "Go find yourself a lawyer, take me to court and sue me. If you contact me again, my lawyer will sue you". He wasn't competent enough to say it properly but that is what I got out of him.
Now again, I'd have to say that anyone who talks like that, doesn't deserve business because HE DOESN'T CARE. There are many other construction companies who actually care about issues like this and the results they produce.
Basic Review... Don't deal with J Montoya.
