I recently met with Juan from Elite HVAC for a consultation and estimate. He showed up on time, was extremely polite and courteous, and displayed a high level of professionalism. Juan took the time to assess my current heating setup and walked me through the different climate zones, explaining how they relate to fixing the issues I had. He even went above and beyond by locating existing wires for the thermostat in the room where we wanted it installed.

Elite did an excellent job with my furnace repair. Juan showed up promptly, even on a Sunday, and provided valuable maintenance advice. He's clearly knowledgeable about his work and genuinely cares about customers. I'm thoroughly satisfied and will definitely be using them again.

Scheduled boiler maintenance arrived within an unspecified two-hour window. However, the technician didn't show up by 1pm, prompting me to contact the office. The office claimed they didn't know where the technician was at the time and later texted saying my appointment had been rescheduled for a new 12-2pm slot. Unfortunately, the technician arrived just after 2pm.

I requested that the technician inspect the water drip coming from the boiler pumps during the service. Instead, I received photos and videos sent by the technician to senior personnel. It's now Wednesday and I'm still waiting for an update on the issue with the water drip as of Friday.
