ServiceMax came through on a Sunday evening when my heat stopped working. I called two other companies, but one quoted an exorbitant minimum of $300 plus parts and labor. ServiceMax offered a significantly lower price and had a more flexible schedule - they could come between 8am-12pm the next day. Their tech called me 20-30 minutes before arriving and was there by 7:50am. He spent two hours explaining everything he was doing, what was wrong with my system, and being transparent about his work. The technician was polite, professional, and responsive - I felt confident we weren't getting taken advantage of.
