They kept to their original quote despite finding additional work, which is a refreshing change from other companies. The service was extremely professional and efficient, with great attention to detail during the vent cleaning process.

The technician was transparent about his findings and explained everything he did. He correctly identified the source of the leak in my AC unit using a camera.

However, I had some issues with the service and pricing. It seemed like he was trying to give me a better deal by saying the second unit was a "commercial" one and that the next person might charge more. Unfortunately, it turned out that the business was only two people, which didn't justify the price difference.

The initial quote was already steep, and then I was charged extra for an acidic cleaning spray on the evaporator coils, which wasn't part of the basic summer AC work. The technician also didn't clean the evaporator coils on my second unit, despite it being a routine task. He only tested some random capacitors on both units, rather than assessing their overall performance.

The technician couldn't provide a clear picture of what the summer AC tuneup included or how effective the service was for my underperforming unit. He could only validate individual component functionality, such as the compressor, freon, and fan.

We requested a second estimate for our air conditioning replacement. The representatives were extremely detailed and presented multiple options. However, the prices they quoted were higher than we could afford.
