CL Plumbing Inc

I had my bathroom renovated, and CL Plumbing was the plumber my contractor hired for the job. After the work was completed, I started having ongoing drainage issues. I had another plumber come out to inspect the install, and he told me that the pipes were back pitched and they had wrong fittings installed, meaning they were holding water instead of draining properly. He also said that the installation did not even look like it had been done professionally.

I contacted CL Plumbing and had them come back out to look at the work they did. They put a camera down the pipes and told me that the standing water and sludge inside the pipes was completely normal. Since I was still having problems, I had two additional plumbers inspect everything, and both of them confirmed that the installation was incorrect.

Overall, I was very disappointed with the quality of the work and how the issue was handled. I would not recommend this company.

I was in a major jam with standing water in my only bathtub/shower and me and two teenagers in sports on a Friday morning. I called four other plumbers first and none could get here before Monday. I called in literal desperation at 1:30 and Lucas was here by 2:45 and took care of the issue! I highly recommend and this will be my first call the next time I have a plumbing issue!

Great experience from first phone call to problem solved. We will use him again and we all need a good plumber
