Gabriel arrived on time and was very polite. Then, when the job turned out to be more complicated than expected, he explained everything carefully and took the time needed so that I did not need to make another appointment to finish it. He finished the job cheerfully, even though it must have been annoying for him to have to take all that extra time, and must have upended his schedule. The job was well-done, with minimal disruption to my household, and the cost was quite reasonable. Count me as a satisfied customer!

They were punctual and arrived right at the time they estimated they would arrive on the phone. Compared to previous plumbing companies, their equipment is updated and much more efficient. The plumber came this morning and fixed my minor leaking issue I had with newly installed pipes under the kitchen sink. Gabriel was very nice and explained what I did wrong with my own troubleshooting effort. He was in and out in 20 or so minutes and had the pipe leak resolved. Thank you again for the plumbing help and friendly customer service.

Had a shower with low pressure. They quickly figured it out and fixed it. Did not charge for the work. Wow

The service tech, Gabriel, was GREAT! They were able to come out a couple of hours after calling them for an appointment, which was needed. They were able to clear out our clogged drains that ran the full length under our house. We will continue to use them if & when anymore plumbing issues pop up.Gabriel was so professional and found the problem and fixed it.

Carlos and Gabriel are great at their job. Most importantly they are honest and trustworthy. It's hard to find those qualities in service people these days and you can trust these guys with your house and commercial property. Had an issue and they came out and made sure the job had been done right. Very impressive service!!!

These guys are the best. They came out to fix 3 problems that another plumber had made, plus to finish all the other work that I didn't trust the original plumber to do.

We had a flood due to a toilet leak, so it was a major restoration. Carlos and his crew took care of all of it in less than a day--kitchen sink including new disposal, 3 bathroom sinks, bar sink including new faucet, 2 toilets, washer and dryer, cooktop, oven, and refrigerator water line.

They were very attentive to detail, made sure there were no leaks, and cleaned everything so it all looked nice. Plus they are the nicest guys and very good communicators.

Had a bathroom shower clog that was really tough. I called Elite Sewer & Drain Inc. and they set an appointment to do home service with me very easy over the phone. They arrived to my home in less than an hour and fixed my issue in a matter of minutes. Price is fair for convenience. Their service also has 2 month warranty if the same issue arises. You can rely on them to get the job done.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Carlos was so responsive via phone, I called and they were out to my house for an estimate within an hour (another company I called would have made us wait 1 week). I hadn’t bought the new kitchen faucet yet so they scheduled the installation the next day. Gabriel did a terrific job installing the new faucet and removing the old one! Very kind and professional! We highly recommend their services and will be calling them for any future needs.

Excellent service and work by Gabriel Sr. and Gabriel Jr. I called on Sunday morning and the plumbers arrived within 2.5 hours to fix clogged main sewer line. They efficiently diagnosed the problem as tree roots blocking the line and cleared it during the initial visit. Good communication overall to let me know what was happening and how they were addressing the issue.
