Terrible Experience – A Complete Joke!

I hired MDF Air duct cleaning and it was an absolute joke. They advertised a low price to get in the door, but the service was beyond disappointing. My house is 4,000 sq ft and they were in and out in just 1 hour — there’s no way that’s a proper cleaning.

All they did was spray dust around and blow it onto the top of the vents — no real vacuuming or actual cleaning. It looked more like they were making a mess than cleaning anything.

To make things worse, they tried to charge extra at the end for things that were never mentioned up front. Total bait-and-switch. Save your money and hire someone professional — this company is not it.

I had air duct cleaning done in my home today, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Shaan and Kash were the technicians who came out, and they did an outstanding job from start to finish.

They arrived right on time, were polite and professional, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. They worked efficiently but thoroughly, making sure all the vents and ducts were cleaned properly. They even showed me before-and-after photos, which really proved how much of a difference the cleaning made.

They were respectful of my space, wore shoe covers, and left everything spotless once they were done. I can already feel the difference in the air quality!

If you’re considering getting your air ducts cleaned, I highly recommend this company — and if you get Shaan and Kash, you’re in great hands!

Shaan & khan excellent service! We just moved into a new home and suspected the air ducts hadn’t been cleaned in years, maybe ever. We hired MDF and were blown away by the quality of service. The team arrived on time, walked us through the entire process, and worked efficiently while still being incredibly thorough.

They showed us before-and-after photos of the ductwork and the difference was night and day. The air feels fresher, and there’s noticeably less dust settling around the house already.

We also opted for their sanitizing treatment, which gave us peace of mind knowing the ducts, and our indoor air, were free of lingering allergens, bacteria, and whatever else had built up over the years.

If you’ve just moved in or haven’t had your ducts cleaned in a long time, I can’t recommend this enough. Totally worth it

If it was possible to give this -5 stars and actually pay someone NOT to use this company I would do so. The industry standard for air duct cleaning isnt conducted. No one sealed my vents. No proof of mold was shown only a photo. There was agitation of the air ducts only air was blown. Very misleading. Very fraudulent. It was a total waste of money. And they asked for a tip. Do not use this company. If you do, interrogate the serviceman and ensure that they do the work needed.

Indy was quite informative and well versed in A/C air quality. I was advised as to how and what should be done to ensure a healthy and safe environment. There wasn’t any clean up required after the job was completed.

Very misleading advertising. They texted me confirming the service for $99 for the whole system with no hidden fees. But when they arrived, they suddenly said return vents would cost an additional $199. Cleaning only supply vents without returns makes no sense, since it’s one HVAC system. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Homeowners, especially new ones, beware – the real cost is much higher than the promotion they advertise
