Green Oak Tree Service

Update (March 2026)
We hired Green Oak Tree Service for the third time because we had positive experiences in the past, which makes this situation even more disappointing.

On March 30th around 3 PM, their crew (led by Jose) was working near our garage removing tree roots and stumps. Immediately after the work was completed, we discovered damage to our garage siding in the exact area they were working.

We have video footage showing the siding was in good condition right before their crew began working, as well as photos showing the damage afterward. While we do not have footage of the exact moment the damage occurred due to the camera recording in short intervals, the timeline and location are very clear.

We met with Sergio (owner) on April 3rd and showed him the before footage. At that time, he agreed to fix the siding and said it would be an easy repair. However, on April 11th, he changed his position and said he would only take responsibility if we could provide full video footage of the exact moment the damage occurred.

We explained that we do not have that specific clip but provided all available evidence (before and after). Since then, we have attempted to follow up multiple times via text and phone calls with no response.

It is very frustrating to deal with damage to our property and then have the company avoid responsibility after initially agreeing to make it right. Based on this experience, I would be cautious when hiring this company, especially if any issues arise after the job is completed.

I recently had Green Oak Tree Service come out to remove a tree from my property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! The tree removal and stump grinding were completed with precision, and they took extra care in ensuring no damage to my lawn or surrounding areas. After the job was done, I was impressed by the clean-up.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with their work. The service was beyond exceptional, and I highly recommend to anyone in need of tree removal or similar services. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free!

Crew damaged our garage siding. Owner first agreed to fix it, then refused and stopped responding. Very disappointing.
