Recommended by my Mother's Insurance Company after a flood damaged her Condo Unit. So professional and disciplined; brought the right number of people to do the job effectively, and efficiently. So helpful at every step of the way, even when dealing with polar opposite from Condo Management hires. Sorry there was a need to use them but couldn't be happier with the choice.

After a home inspection, we found out there was mold in my parents' attic. I called several places and they were either too expensive, didn't have good customer service, or too busy to talk to me. I'm so happy that happened because as I went down the list, I came across Rainbow International. Simon came out the same day for an estimate and we were able to make an appointment right away for mold remediation. They guys were very honest and upfront about the situation and they did a great job. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.

One word: Superb. Simon Markus from Rainbow was the consummate professional. He assessed my place on recommendation from my insurance agency after an appliance leak damaged my wood floors. When my insurance agency was NOT communicative about funding the repairs, Simon himself acted as the go-between and had his company manage from start to finish. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism, communication, honesty, and quality of work. I was out of town during this process and he managed the process well by giving me regular updates. I give him my highest level of recommendation--you cannot go wrong with Rainbow North Shore as long as Simon is around.

Simon and his team from Rainbow Restoration were a joy to work with. They did a beautiful job remediating and repairing my entire basement after it flooded, and it would not have turned out nearly as nice without Simon’s recommendations and design help. The quality of their work was also outstanding. They worked directly through my insurance company for the remediation phase, then with me during the repairs. Simon was honest and trustworthy throughout the process. I recommend Rainbow highly and will use their services again if I ever need them.

Used them for a sewer backup they cleaned up the water from the basement and all the mess on my first floor from the water coming out of the sink. They did a great job.

Our toilet overflowed for over three hours into our home it was a disaster we called Servicemaster by Zaba Their project manager Yusuf came out with two crews of guys they immediately went to work they were polite worked fast and made a terrible and stressful situation a lot easier I hope to never have any issues like this again but if I did I would immediately call Yusuf I would recommend them to my friends or family without hesitation

My wife and I were very happy with every part of the process with ServiceMaster by Zaba. From the mitigation to the reconstruction, everything went very smoothly and the work was done very well. We highly recommend their services!

AMAZING! I dropped off 6 large area rugs, two of them had pet urine, one had water damage A previous company cleaned them and didn't get the odor or stains out, Lorenzo got the stains out and got rid of the odor, the other area rugs look great, got their vibrant colors back. Lorenzo is the rug whisperer!

We had a burst pipe in our office. Service master in Skokie tore out all the wet drywall and dried everything out. They also did the repairs and cleaned all our carpet. They did a great job with minimal interruption.

This ServiceMaster is my go to company for all my cleaning needs. I have a regular cleaning service that cleans surfaces, but quarterly ServiceMaster comes to my office to do a deep cleaning. I have also used them for a recent flood in our basement and they do not disappoint! They get all the hard to reach areas and leave my office smelling great! The staff are great,very thorough and trustworthy.

The recent snow caused an ice dam to form outside of my kitchen so I called ServiceMaster to come out and look at the damages. I could see the water from the ice dam had traveled to half of my kitchen ceiling and down the cabinets. As it turns out, there were other areas in my house affected by different ice dams, we had some severe water damage. While ServiceMaster was removing the affected areas, a pipe on the exterior wall for my water main busted, this was in my basement, I had water spraying everywhere. Fortunately I did not have a lot of furniture or boxes but all the paneling and drywall got wet. The guys were great, they cleaned everything up and placed equipment they also did the build back. I highly recommend them.

Neal's ServiceMaster crews did a great job again (we've needed them before) dealing with the water damage we had recently. They sprung into action right away and quickly dried out everything, and then worked to reconstruct and replace what was damaged. The end result looks better than before. They also worked hand-in-hand with our insurance agent so that there were no budget surprises. Their level of communication was top-notch, and we really appreciated it.

Neil and his crew did an amazing job when I had a pipe burst in my basement. I wouldn't have known where to begin but Neil had everything under control and he guided me every step of the way. Hired ServiceMaster Restoration by Zaba for a major roof leak we experienced that infiltrated our entire office area. They came out and conducted a initial inspection and recommended we contact our insurance company due to the severity of damage. They made the call jointly with us and received approval to start the work the same day.

I used ServiceMaster as the General Contractor that oversaw the mitigation and restoration of the entire project. They were professional, courteous and on time keeping me informed of progress and next steps. The quality of their work was excellent, and they went above and beyond in all areas.

i had a great experience with servicemaster after i experienced a small kitchen fire, there was more smoke damage throughout the home. Although the process was lengthy, i felt taken care of. the team was great and so was the office staff.

Fernando and his team were great to work with! Fernando explained the process in depth to me, and I was able to easily contact him when I thought of more questions. The water damage clean up went exactly as he had described. The team was extremely quick, polite, and efficient. The team was so nice to move my furniture for me, and they made sure I was okay with the placement. The condo was clean and my furniture was moved back into place before they left. Very seamless and minimal work for me! I would definitely recommend.
