These guys are the absolute best at what they do.

Unprofessional, rude, and uninformative. I will never use this company again. They took pictures and left, we heard nothing again for 6 days and still nothing is fixed/planned to be fixed. Waste of time and money, I have to use a different company anyway. Don’t waste your time too

Larry was amazing at helping me fix my ac even though it was a small issue! He was very fast and I couldn’t have had a better experience.

M&L has repaired heating and air conditioning units at three different homes for me and installed a new HVAC system in a commercial building that I own. They are knowledgeable, do quality work, and try to save money for the customer in their recommendations. I could not ask for a better contractor than they have been in my experience.

Larry and Mike were very professional and dependable. Part needed to be ordered for repair. They kept us posted on status. Had part within 2 days and completed repair same day part was received. Everyone else I called was booked up for weeks or just didn’t return my call. M&L answered the phone and fit me in quickly which was very much appreciated since family was coming to visit and temps were in 90s . Any future problem with heating or air conditioning will be handled by M&L

Larry and Mike were friendly, knowledgeable and professional in researching our needs and giving us a reasonable bid. We should have installation soon. I will keep you posted on how that goes. I am confident they will continue to impress.

Had my furnace go down. Called several different places. After giving them days to reply. Had no call back from them. Had m&l referred to me. Called and left a message. Was called back within a half hour. Came out that day. Got parts ordered, and got the job done. They are definitely 100 0/0 worried about the people. Not so much the money. Price is extremely reasonable. They will be my go to for now on. From the first call to an hvac company. Till now, a week later. Still have no call back from the other companies.
