had the air ducts and the dryer vent done same visit. the amount of lint that came out of the dryer line was kinda gross ngl, been in the house 6 years and never had it cleaned. dryer runs way better now, one cycle does the job instead of two. ducts looked rough on the before pics he showed me and clean after. he covered the floors near every vent so nothing got tracked around. solid work for what i paid, glad i did both

Got a quote tuasdory, work done thursday, easy scheduling, tech tearted before arrival, walked me through what he found after. wholle process was way less of a hassle than expected.

My technician was Matt. He is phenomenal! When I called in yesterday morning and spoke to Sara, se said someone would e our between 4 & 6 yesterday evening and that the tech would contact me directly with a more specific time.
Matt called me at 3:44, said where he was coming from and that it would be about 40 minutes. I'm pretty sure it was 41, never had a service call be that good at judging time.
He knew exactly what he needed to do, in what order he needed to do it in. He diagnosed the problem(s) and fixed them.
He was extraordinarily polite, genuine and cheerful. That is in spite of the temp being close to 100, and my outside unit was in full sun. When I offered him ice water, you'd have thought it as gold.
I cannot say enough good things about Matt. You have a real gem in him. He lives up to the reputation and standards that I became accustomed to with Phillips.

Dan did a wonderful job explaining the things we need to know about maintaining our furnace.

Freddie did a great job & is definitely an asset to his employer. He was very polite, thorough and took time to explain everything to me. He's definitely a keeper. Give that boy a raise!

As usual, techs were polite, respectful of house (put on booties) and efficient. Needed an inducer motor replaced - placed service call around noon, first tech came out by 2:30 - had to order the part, 2nd tech came back out around 6 and repair completed. Excellent response time and customer service.

Dan was kind, informative, and efficient. He arrived the same day I called and fixed my AC the same day. I will be calling Legacy Home Service for my future needs.

Service Tech Joe came to my door. Completely unexpected that they would show up/ or answer the phone, when everyone else was closed. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and honest.

Service technicians showed up on time and ready to go. The technicians were polite and helpful and gave a thorough rundown of what they did and how to operate the new systems. I would highly recommend Legacy home services and will be calling on them for any future needs.
